Hello bhai.. fortunately abhi tak mujhe leukotape ki zarurat nahi padi so i cant advice much.. although in my firstaid box i carry a creepe bandage from Handiplast.

Leukotape naam wali super costly hain. Agar aapke network ke logo se pata chal sakta h toh plz bataiye... I am planning a trek soon.

yea, tripole walker pro is a good budget option.. at the time of making the videos i was not exposed much to the tripole. i heard its review later.

Hey brother.. thanks for pointing this out.. The guides that i have on my channel are very beginner focused. And most of the beginners go with a trekking agency - so they have sleeping bag/tents/food already provided.. I understand that if someone is going for a hardcore DIY trekking they would already know what to carry - like yourself.. thats why i dont focus on giving advices to the seasonal trekkers- because they already know a lot more than me.

Rucksack being 15% of the body weight is a really interesting metric - thanks for sharing this.. As you mentioned it depends if you are going with an agency - i advice any beginner should go with an agency - so in that case i think this video should make sense. About carrying your own rusksack - I encourage everyone should carry their own bag in trekking - so i advice to pack less and tight - hence a smaller bag and less items

Hey brother! I have not used bags from these companies myself.. so can’t really advice… If you have the bag delivered.. just fill it up with some items - make it weight around 7-10 kgs - and climb stairs.. you would get the idea if the bag suits you or not

Haan.. you can hire mules.. contact your trek company for that

Trek package cost was around 20k return flights around 10-15k this was the main expense.. baaki stay is on average 800-1000/night food and other activites depends on you.. and yes.. go for it.. a lot of beginners were there with us on this trek.. just be ready to walk a lot.. 11-12 km/day average.. so if you are planning.. it would help if you started spending a good amount of time on the treadmill 1-2 months prior.
