Eat more calories, above appetite even. Your body is highly self regulating and you want to break it's natural state to gain/grow so you will have to overeat regularly

Check with a doctor first - I'd suggest pescription statin drugs with 400 MG Co-Q10 or 200 mg Ubiniqul - red rice yeast can be used in place of statins and is safer but the quality is more variable. Also - wild salmon fish oil and pure krill oil at least 5 times a week (1 mg or more of Omega-3 fats). You would need 300 mcg or more of Vitamin K2 (MK7 version - also liposomal) with Vitamin D + true Vitamin A - especially before you take large amounts of calcium (boron - 9 mg - should also be added). This will prevent plaque in the arteries. In your case, do a calcification test at a hospital for arteries - if the levels are high, 1-2 MG Vitamin K2 daily for 30-60 days straight will help offer some relief. Above all - go for a low-carb diet (excluding fibers - you can take good quantities of plant fibers safely - but it should be natural whole foods and not the processed kind...) that is mostly vegetarian (organic ideally - as close to whole food) and go light on dairy - some amounts of intermittent fasting like avoiding eating 14-18 hours a day will also help reduce insulin resistance.
Ugh, I don't like avocados. The after taste is ick for me. I can tolerate a slice when if I eat it with fajita meat. Other than they're disgusting to me.
I disagree. He talks at a good speed and is clear. Too often people talk waaaay too fast on TH-cam. The great thing about this video is that many folks can hear this. When people take their time I feel he really wants people to understand the information he is sharing. But for those who want it.. then good they have that option of 2x speed
