I'm currently off the job market, just making a game full time for the past 2+ years, living with my parents for the time being.
Good job on letting it go, wishing you nothing but success on the long run man

Please make a tutorial on "how to get your first freelance client as web developer" - freelancing could really be helpful for people to earn money and build their portfolio for future opportunities.

Hey, I'm a beginner in video game development, and I want to go further, but I'm worried that AI might replace developers one day. What do you think ?

Hey, I think AI will replace many developers, but the truth is the world will still need developers that are good at what they do and can work with the AI tools. I'm not a game developer, but I can tell you that my industry(web development, especially frontend), will be heavily hit by AI. And I think with time people will just have more general knowledge on more topics and just use AI to cover their knowledge gaps. So, with that being said, programming is not going anywhere, it's just changing, and developers will still be needed no matter what. Hope that helps :)

I am an ex AI engineer and currently a full time game developer, and I'm telling you AI won't replace experienced developers, not anytime soon at least.
Believe me when I say this, more often than not, ChatGPT can't solve my problems because it doesn't have the full context of how exactly my project is running, not to mention all the mistakes it makes.
I always end up solving it on my own
AI is great for learning at first, but you still need to learn your project architecture and solve your own core problems
