I remember spending a whole summer unlocking the characters thanks to Gamefaqs' translation. AND GOD DAMN, for me this game was THE best off the Clash of Ninja series
15 years later I finally have this game oh boy is this gonna be a fun one I'm playing this after I'm done replaying storm 3 on ps4 I'm ready and can anyone believe this game is turning 15 after all these years I can't and the mere fact I'm playing it this year makes it even better.
Never played the game but i owned each of the English versions. I fanned this inteo so badly that it stuck with me since i was a kid. Im almost 30 now and still play this to get pumped up! Timeless !
You know if they were still making GameCube games after the Wii came out then this game would have been released in the US roughly around the time this video was uploaded.
So, some things came to light while researching what exactly happened to Tomy, and GNT as a whole. Apparently GNTSP was so bad, that Tomy told the directors "k, that's it, bc special sucked ass and was super unbalanced, no more GNT games" basically something like that. The rights were lost, and we WERE supposed to get a GNT4 port, but the NA director wanted an original story added instead of the Sasuke retrieval arc.. even tho.. it was airing in the US around the time Rev2 came out.... Okay then. Still, it sucks that we probably will never see another NGNT game... I'd want one on the switch, or at least a fucking reboot...
@@Squydward what else were they thinking of course it would considering it was only for the Japanese and on the wii, while storm 2 was out for the biggest platforms at the time in only its second installment and having the brand new shippuden roster and being a much better game while gnt kept making news ones year after year so not much improvement, not surprising

Why this wasn't released in North American we'll never know
Because Sasuke retrieval Arc was on 2005 in japan and America was on 2008 so the game was never release on outside japan
Took too long. The Terrible EX games came about
Elsword and MMD even if it was too late to release it on the GameCube they could’ve just ported it directly to the Wii.
