+SuperKnalxz Grey Vegito was more intelligent, but he was much more powerful too, especially at SSJ form. Ultimate Gohan is possibly stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku, who was fighting toe to toe with Janemba at the beginning. So, i see Ultimate Gohan as more of an equal opponent to Janemba, if not slightly more powerful.
