I’m sixty four years old and I’ve known Ed since I was a teenager hunting a Gr Nt Ch female female by Hammer Two - I’ve hunted with Ed through the years and bred my females to Jet Four and Eight . He’s a good man and the best breeder I’ve ever known. We’ve chewed a few bags of Red Man along the way - Tip my hat to Ed
@@JoeNewlin The Maddie dog is near and dear to my heart. Her grandma and mother were pretty special dogs here. I miss those days hunting with Ed,Terry and crew.
BACK IN THE 80TYS,I WENT TO MR.ED MEADS HOUSE A COUPLE TIME,AN LEARNED ALOT,ENDED UP STAYED AT A MOTEL WITH ED MEAD,DAVE DARBY,A FEW OTHERS TOP DOG BREEDERS,I WAS WAS AT "BLUE TICK"NATIONALS.I WAS THERE WHEN "JET V",WAS ALIVE,TRAINING YOUNG PUPS FUN.LEARNING OFF "ED"GREAT MEMORYS.
I own a 17 month old Smokey River with a little Jet way back. He is doing well.Enjoyed the video.. Dogs opened a little too much which will result in too many dens. Good work
Hey Ed if you still have the jet line of blue ticks I love to know I kept that line for 25years but finally lost the stock I just saw your video and that boomer dog sounds just like the last one I had if you see this aid please get back with me I love to have another bluetick out of that jet dog
ain't nothing better than the blue tick hound I have hunted them all but I prefer the old blue dogs I have a dual grand nite champ and a female that's just as good as he is both are well breed dogs I live in Missouri lots of coons these days when I hunted as a young man coons we're 50 a piece now they are worth nothing but I still hunt I love the blue dogs mouth big and booming
Thank you for the great video!
