I would suggest getting a multi-key such as the knipex twinKey. Most commercial buildings do have spigots but they usually take a special key. This tool will get you access to water, power panels, communications panels.... You know... "in an emergency."
Having lived in the southwest most of my life where water is scare and distance can be very long I took to keeping three liters of water in addition to my EDC HydroFlask. Reusable water bottles are something of a cultural item down here. Maybe a video on the EDC utility of a heavy water bottle would be a good idea since aside from carrying water, its an impromptu hammer, noise maker and bludgeon.
Every rich guy has an artesian well (pump) in his garden, where I live. Unlimited source of water, quite safe, no need to break in, just ask for and be sure that he knows you are serious :)
A couple of packets of emergencey water / box juices in your get home bag..... 👍

I was going to include that in this video. Great idea. I have one in my car kit.
Sillcock key

good points. I could probably find a way to add that into another video sometime. Thanks for watching.

ha nice. There was one of those in a park near where I grew up. People would take empty milk jugs out there and fill up.
