As a general manager of a restaurant I can only say that food safety can kill your business! It’s so important because any little thing can kill you! 🤷🏻♀️ you can poison someone just for not serving the food at the right temperature!
Are you American, because I'm actually curious to know how your country deals with those things, in my country (I'm an European union citizen) we take it really seriously and a business could be permanently closed, for example our "food police" evaluate conditions, do swabs, cleaning inspections, they evaluate the food, temperature and safety, they control the back, how stuff is stored, labels of each product, we call it tracking label, each product has it (it tells where the product came from, when it was purchased, it has a codex ecc...). One mistake gets you fined or if it is something serious for example having spoiled sauce in the fridge or something similar it would permanently close your business... I can't understand how this hazard to public health is still there selling food items...
@@NattyRose well you were in the union and i think that some euro-regulations are still valid in the UK since well those are lines that get absorbed by each country's laws. I'm from Italy~
This is a reminder that life isn't fair at all. How someone that endangered the life of thousands and was totally unapologetic about it now has a massive deal and is likely making a lot of money from it.
Meanwhile, people who did study food safety, follow the rules and went to culinary school for years don't have that luck. You said it : life really is unfair. You can work hard all you want with the right qualifications and never get anything. It's annoying that people lost the value of meritocracy imo. Sad that people only pay attention if you're beautiful.

Thank you! I pointed this out in another comment lol you REALLY have to take those reviews with a grain of salt good or bad since it’s usually from paid people to either instruct them to say really good things about it or critical.
“The pink sauce don’t contribute to your health” It does when you are not paying attention to the quality of your sauce. I am happy for her but the way she handled the situation in the past was not okay with shipping dairy out in the hot sun and trashing a person who gave you a nice and fair review. smh
I can't support someone who would take no accountability, drag an innocent reviewer into the ground on a tv show, and then continue to not address issues with her new sauce.
True as chef you should know better on temperature levels even food fast handlers have to have food handling card yes a test these wasn't tested so anyone sue for damages they could have done it.
Sucks that the pickle lady wasn't given a deal... She did some messed up stuff (like deleting comments), but she never screamed at legit customers... (as far as I know).
People didn't make enough videos about the pickle lady, a lot of big TH-camrs make a lot of videos about the pink sauce. They are the ones who help her get the walmart deal.
Even though Dave Gourmet fixed the pink sauce, I won't buy it. I won't support people like Chief Pii who doesn't care about the health of her customers. Lying to them, and not even knowing what the FDA was as a food maker and seller. Plus dragging a food critic onto a talk show to make them be the bad guy for being honest about the product was not good for her to do. So I can't support Chief Pii and her pink sauce.
No matter how the product sells, she already won! If she sold the concept, she is effectively done with the entire thing, but may be hired for PR, if they can train her to an acceptable level that is. Personally, I just don't care. Anyone who got sick eating this crap deserves it (except children, but they are not supposed to be able to buy online, so she is not directly to blame). Personal responsibility is a thing, and buying some homebrew products online is utter nonsense.
You have some points correct. But keep this in mind also to be fair, as for customers, criticisms and reviews are a great thing for businesses. If Chef Pii took those seriously and use those to fix it earlier, then the damage to the trust of the public wouldn't be severe as this. Sure, buyers are still responsible for the action that they bought just as like signing a waiver to do a bungee jump. But it's also important that the business should be responsible and should do safety measures and take criticisms as serious as possible. It is easy and right for a person to sign a waiver for that example than to risk someone dying because of "but the customers are responsible as a whole because they pay to ride on it", kind of thing. I am not sure if I use a great example but you get the idea.
Honestly her apology only existed because she got called out so horribly. Otherwise, she never would have "apologized." It ain't worth the price and she didn't care about ANYBODY BUT HERSELF. 💯

I don’t want anything to do with the “pink” sauce bc of who she is as a person. Besides, what really does it for me is the fact NOBODY has said that this sauce is special for whatever reason. I legitimately wanted the Pink Sauce. I dont event like the color pink. But colored food is fun and I was hoping she had s cool recipe for it. Then I heard it was "watered down ranch." Like Ally said. Not just from her mind you...but a PLETHORA of people. Again, ranch is my freaking favorite. Would gladly buy pink ranch. But didnt because I'm not spending that much on sauce, especially if I could color it. Found out it was going to be marketed with another company so was again excited because maybe it would lower the proce. Queue the interview with Ally. All respect for her completely lost. They didnt get a black influencer that had a negative comment....they got a white and blonde haired young woman who said nothing others havent said, and they basically insinuated she was racist and hated the sauce because Chef P was black. Didn't address problems...didn't address mistakes the company made...only blamed one person for all of the failures. And in a racist manner. I will NEVER buy it and will make sure anyone I know who wants to knows everything before they do.
I’m so happy you mentioned the fact that Ally was a white woman with blonde hair. It felt like a racist attack - the majority of the audience was Black along with Chef Pii and the host. It was embarrassing how they handled that situation. I felt so badly for Ally.
If she were smart she should've waited and built on the suspense of the sauce, informing fans of the process and reaching out to other manufacturers that could partner with her. She could've mad millions off of that sauce if she did things the right way. I'm sorry I just hate seeing wasted potential
Yes, but these people who constantly make videos about her are really helping her with the controversy. Some people get curious about something, when they hear about it too much.
It’s so annoying that people defend her with their lives. She could have hurt someone, admitted that she didn’t know what the FDA was and didn’t know how to ship her product. That shows that she didn’t care about her customers or even her product. But yet people will tear someone apart when they call her out. This isn’t a simple cancellation. This is punishing someone who deserves it.
Nearly all of the reviews on Walmart's website are "incentivized" reviews, whether they're good or bad. What a way to try to crank up the interest by slapping 100 bought and paid for reviews for the product online to help it gain traction. lol
Funniest part is couple of the incentivized reviews were trashing the sauce so not even w/e they offered them was enough to give this crap a positive review
even if the sauce is fda approved, i just can’t get with the idea of a pink sauce. it’s just a very unsettling color for a condiment. i’m not a big condiment person anyway but i would never want to dip some of my chicken nuggets or food in pink 😟
What you said about people doing the right thing, and getting no attention versus people doing the absolute wrong thing and getting a bunch of attention and a lucrative deal was absolutely right. It’s so unfair to other small business owners who do it right the first time.
I don't think I'd like it, because I'm really picky about ranch, I love ranch and it has to be good. The description of it as a "sour ranch vinaigrette with a sweet aftertaste" throws me off. I also just really don't like the way she handled the situation for the first few months.
Love that she found people to help her It's part of the human experience you live and you learn. now I'm trying to figure out how to get this in the U.K!!!😍😍😍😍😍

Karamo
Karambo the Klown 🤡
Surely I’m not the only one who read this title and went “what has she done NOW” 💀💀💀
Same
You are not alone here. 😆
You are not! 😭😂😂
damn. and here i thought she learned from that one time she ended up embarrassing herself on *national television* 💀
@@yukilaserpe7700 i live in the uk! It’s just as you say!
@@NattyRose well you were in the union and i think that some euro-regulations are still valid in the UK since well those are lines that get absorbed by each country's laws.
I'm from Italy~
I love that it’s shown in 14 different shades of pink.
Sad that people only pay attention if you're beautiful.
conclusion the way to wealthines is giving people food poisoning
"What do you mean FDA approved? I don't sell medical products!". The fact that she didnt know that the "F" in FDA stands for "Food", Food and Drug Administration was shocking. I don't care if people buy it as long as its safe.
Notice the Walmart reviews are Incentivized reviews…
Oh good catch, literally every review says that.
Thank you! I pointed this out in another comment lol you REALLY have to take those reviews with a grain of salt good or bad since it’s usually from paid people to either instruct them to say really good things about it or critical.
Yep I caught that little ding
“The pink sauce don’t contribute to your health” It does when you are not paying attention to the quality of your sauce. I am happy for her but the way she handled the situation in the past was not okay with shipping dairy out in the hot sun and trashing a person who gave you a nice and fair review. smh
Well she is right since it wasn't refrigerated, it could impede your health..
It doesn't matter she got positive reviews she still not a nice person and her b*tchy attitude. Immature and unprofessional
Chef P doesn’t deserve a single penny. It’s disgusting how she got a huge deal because of her dangerous screw ups. 🤮
Honestly, she just doesn't seem like a good person. With everything that happened, that's why I wouldn't support her.
Hmmmm she is a pretty woman with skin of color, that might be the reason
@@msk-qp6fn reason for what?
After that karamo show, I would never support her with that b*tchy attitude.. she's so immature, unapologetic and unprofessional
@@ciclallisilva4441 and lets not forget the live instagram stream she did when she openly admitted to not know what the "F" in "FDA" even stood for.
Also, really glad I haven't bought that crap from Walmart because I've seen it and everytime I just walk faster by it 🤣
I'm currently in a religious fasting and can't drink tea. At least Tea Spill can serve me hot tea i can actually get ☕!
Oh wow! How long do you typically fast for?
@@TeaSpill I did some research and it looks like Christians do 21 days of fasting in January. I don't know if that's the religion that this person is referring to but it's the only thing I could find.
Lol I thought this was an old video from like 2 months ago. How does this keep getting worse? Are we ever gonna hit the bottom of the abyss that is the pink sauce drama.
We probably hit the bottom already but now we find out rock bottom has a basement
If she's made it into Walmarts that's huge. Will I buy it, heck no
The way she and the talk show host treated the girl who simply reviewed her product was literally disgusting. It wasn’t even that bad of a review. If you can’t take constructive criticism as an owner of a product then you shouldn’t even sell it in the first place
I don’t want anything to do with the “pink” sauce bc of who she is as a person. Besides, what really does it for me is the fact NOBODY has said that this sauce is special for whatever reason. If the taste is not unique AND the owner is not even a good person then I’m not interested at all in trying it. Lol
It’s apparently ranch sauce with pink colouring .
She seems very fake and superficial
She just added her “secret ingredient” stripper glitter
Literally the definition of falling upward!
When P went on that show and told a customer/supporter that she wasn’t special enough for her to reach out to was when she lost me. Girl I’m gonna walk right pass your pink sauce every time I see it at Walmart 🤷🏾♀️😝
Right
Im convinced that this pink sauce is just ranch with pink food dye.
Or ketchup mixed with mayonnaise
@@BeccasaurousRex270 nah ketchup and mayo looks more appetizing
She literally looked like a freaking anime character in that Walmart promo! My mouth is still open and laughing my a** off!🤣🤣🤣 Now we have the new Chef Pi aka Pickle lady!😤
Oh god when will the pink sauce just go awayyyyyy 😒😒😒
Insane to me that she was rewarded like this after her behavior....
How she can turn this around from potentially putting people’s lives in danger to landing a deal with Walmart makes me want to punch a tree.
That FDA statement will never fail to make me laugh. LMFAOO 😂😂😂😂💀
It's so hard for black women to find success in the food industry, and the one they choose to reward is absolutely underserving of any support.
Chef Pii isn't even black. Dark skin does not equal black.
I’m so happy you mentioned the fact that Ally was a white woman with blonde hair. It felt like a racist attack - the majority of the audience was Black along with Chef Pii and the host. It was embarrassing how they handled that situation. I felt so badly for Ally.
Black people can't be racist they can be prejudice but not racist so stfu
I'm amazed on how she wasn't at the very least fined. This shows how broken reality is...
just when I think it couldn’t get worse 😭
How could it get any worse tbh.. i guess let’s get into it
*after watching, i’m surprised. good for her 👏
I can’t believe Karamo never acknowledged anything
Thank you for keeping us up to date 🥰
How surprised I was when I saw the notification pop-up... the "WORSE" really made me wanna watch more because we thought this was over...🙄
People only brought this sauce because it was pink, not because it was good. It's sad how people fall for anything.
It's like Tea Spill has a 6th sense when I'm making tea to drink 😂 her uploads ALWAYS hit at the tight time
Ummm...I thought the "F" in FDA stood for uh... let me see.....FOOD!! That shit looks horrible!!
I work at Walmart and I can confirm that yes we do have that sauce. The thing is, no one wants it.
No matter how good it's revamped, I'm never trying it. I don't trust her.
Nearly all of the reviews on Walmart's website are "incentivized" reviews, whether they're good or bad. What a way to try to crank up the interest by slapping 100 bought and paid for reviews for the product online to help it gain traction. lol
Funniest part is couple of the incentivized reviews were trashing the sauce so not even w/e they offered them was enough to give this crap a positive review
if shes a chef, then im a master surgeon
All of the reviews were incentivized reviews. 🤔 Are there any customers that weren’t given the products with hopes of reviewing it?
a general rule should be not to eat anything produced by someone who doesn't know who or what the FDA are.
how you not know what FDA stands for😭😭😭
Pink sauce causing health hazards
why is this even drama? like just don’t fucking buy it 💀
Food and Drug... Administration... pi is actually mental.
even if the sauce is fda approved, i just can’t get with the idea of a pink sauce. it’s just a very unsettling color for a condiment. i’m not a big condiment person anyway but i would never want to dip some of my chicken nuggets or food in pink 😟
Yeah, I agree, I thought it looked like a milky Pepto-Bismol, when first looking at it ( this was before knowing exactly what it was).
Im sorry,i dont think people are gonna purchase it.
The backlash was just too horrendous
This is a master class in failing upward.
EVERY REVIEW IS DESCRIBING A DIFFERENT TASTE😭😭😭
We live in a culture that rewards bad/questionable behavior 🤦♀
What you said about people doing the right thing, and getting no attention versus people doing the absolute wrong thing and getting a bunch of attention and a lucrative deal was absolutely right. It’s so unfair to other small business owners who do it right the first time.
I don't think I'd like it, because I'm really picky about ranch, I love ranch and it has to be good. The description of it as a "sour ranch vinaigrette with a sweet aftertaste" throws me off. I also just really don't like the way she handled the situation for the first few months.
sour ranch vinaigrette sounds disgusting 🤢 those things don’t even make sense together
Love that she found people to help her It's part of the human experience you live and you learn. now I'm trying to figure out how to get this in the U.K!!!😍😍😍😍😍
Has she released a video talking about how she now understands what FDA is. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
That’s one thing that will never go into my stomach 😂😂😂😂
I thought this situation was over💀
Why..just why?!!! Who would buy some sauce they saw on tik tok from someone who doesn’t know about the FDA🤯
If I was the women that got her handed touched by pii I would smack her hand off 😂 it’s like just tell me not touch me 😂
Even if the colour was consistent, it still would've looked disgusting
i can’t believe she got it FDA approved, i mean, she’s not selling medicine 🤣
I love your channel! This is the only way I can keep up with drama😂 your breakdowns are so easily digestible❤
Why is she not canceled yet? 😃
How can she be a "real chef" and not know about the FDA???
That Karamo deleted episode low key had racial tones to it towards the woman who tried to let her know about how dangerous the product was. Poor woman. I couldn’t believe it when the audience to Chef P’s side.
😭😭😭😭😭 omg u cave ppl are hilarious 😭😭😭
WALMART…. Exactly where I’d imagine someone with bright pink hair and matching outfit to be.
Funny how a so-called "chef" doesn't know what FDA is lol
That's the thing, she can legally call herself a chef because there is no legal requirements for becoming a chef or someone who cooks food for a living (they don't always work in restaurants)
I agree with you when you said there are small businesses that are actually great at what they do, follow the regulations, but go unnoticed, and then there are products like this that gain massive negative attention but get big deals from big companies.
The whole story , the rude , ignorant “ chef” creating ranch dressing with a bright pink colour , no food safety considerations , wrong labelling , the talk show fiasco and then the deal with Walmart it belongs in the movie Idiocracy .
I haven’t even tried it(never will) But i’m so invested lol
Hahahahha people bought it... Just like how JakePaul still tricks people out of their mooonneeeyyyy 🤣🤣🤣 smh
Pink sauce lady is so dead behind the eyes.
I was starting to think I was the only person who noticed this.
@@ajae... I can feel her staring into my soul while she drizzles her pink sauce on everything
don’t plan on wasting my money on that. Not only has the color been different every single time but when she’s called out for her mistakes she plays the victim. WHO is a chef and doesn’t know the FDA is apart of food?? all just seems shady as hell
Bc she calls herself a chef bc her friend hired her as one 😂
Ah shit here we go again 😂😂😂
"Pink sauce" reminds me of a pregnancy craving condiment
