    My pmdd is terrifying because I actually really don't wanna die.
    I really enjoy living. I enjoy my family. I enjoy all of it. Pmdd convinces me and replays suicide and puts me in this very scary position. If I keep track of it it convinces me I'm gay or something ridiculous that is not me. It's ridiculius

      I JUST TOLD MY HUSBAND IM DEF A LESBIAN CAUSE NO WAY i SIGNED UP FOR THIS SHIT SHOW OF MARRIAGE WILLINGLY. I OBVIOUSLY WAS IN A SOUTHERN BAPTIST RELIGIOUS CULT WHICH COMPELLED ME TO SEEK UNHEALTHY HETEROSEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOSER MEN. I COULD HAVE BEEN A LESBIAN WITH A WIFE AND A 400 ACRES RANCH RUNNING A WOMAN OWN CAR REPAIR SHOP

      I feel you. It's so scary. I love my life. The PMDD version of me doesn't. And it is so hard to differentiate, because it feels so real in the moment. It also makes me believe I need to break up with my boyfriend and move to a different country. Or that I have to quit my job and studies. It's brutal.

      Hi this is my story too. I started my period at 9 as well and I barely found out I had pmdd at 29 years old. It’s really effected my life all these years I feel you.

    Yes, dealing with PMDD is extremely brutal. All I got in my PMDD symtom survival kit is my dark chocolate, journal, phone, artwork and planner. I might add more tools to my survival kit in the near future.

    I agree with you, I have been dealing with PMDD for 4 years, I am only realising now that beside the treatment each woman has to build a survival kit to alieviate the symptoms at home. I use essential oils( lavander and peppermint), relaxing music, pilates to stretch, I am considering getting a shower stool because when fatigue hits, even taking a shower seems daunting.

    I been thinking for quite sometime that I have pmdd and then today I just don’t have the physical or mental energy to do anything. Thank you so much for this video as someone who lives in the UK pmdd is not so well-known and I feel a bit lost about who to talk to about it and this video was very helpful and comforting! I have ordered my vitamins and will make sure I have my survival kit ready for next time!!

      I really would recommend a nutritionist not a regular Dr because all they will do is either say you don't have it or give you antidepressants. Nutrition can truly make a difference

    There’s also a supplement called 5-HPT and that really helps during my VERY worst times! ❤😇 I’m 40 now, so I’m hoping menopause one day will take all this darkness away ❤😇 the struggle has been real for me since after having 2 kids. I still get my period each month so idk when it will get better for me. I’m very against hormonal birth control & antidepressants/ pharmaceuticals. It really takes the joy out of my life but I just keep truckin! 😂❤

I suffer from this as well and it truly is brutal but I have seen a huge difference when I eat nutrient dense foods for a bit the symptoms almost all went away. God has given us so much from the earth all for us to help us and keep us healthy. ❤❤ You can move forward from this

    This sounds too easy, sorry for saying that. If it was so easy why are so many of us still suffering from pmds? And did you know that it often gets worse the older you are? I m 45 years old and so far nothing of the things you mentioned helped.

    • @SRose-vp6ew
      @SRose-vp6ew 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      So you truly feel it doesn’t help at all after years of consistently doing all these things so you’ve completely stopped taking them? Or you feel it’s not a cure all but you see the huge value in consistently taking the things that are proven to help? Personally, I don’t think it’s a cure-all, but it definitely helps, it’s nearly impossible to stay perfectly consistent consistent, it requires effort, effort that’s worth it even if perfect isn’t possible.

    • @SRose-vp6ew
      @SRose-vp6ew 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Also with the different vitamins there are definitely better and worse quality ways of getting the vitamins. And if you’re eating and drinking poisons with fast foods and liquor mixed with soda, vitamins isn’t the only thing to change, but it’s an easy starting place. I mean this sincerely, there are fantastic 12 step programs that deal with emotional, spiritual, and hang ups from drugs to gluttony or bitterness or hurt from past trauma. Getting support there and adding a healthy diet, correct type of exercise, and correct vitamins would all help make the physical issues of PMDD better.

      Well, anyone can give the Devil a foothold in a moment of weakness. Call on Jesus and pray. For real. Also look up post COVID vitamin protocol(things like nighttime melatonin to help with more than just sleep). Lastly, remember the Bible doesn’t say don’t get angry, it says, “in your anger, do not sin.” Emotions are not the problem, what you do with your emotions matters.

      It's worth trying it, I've been taking it for 3 months and things seem to get worse, my worst PMDD case happened while taking Inositol. I suppose it's a coincidence, I'm still taking it, as it's been prescribed.

    How about you talk about all the husbands, mothers, fathers, friends and worst of all children thay suffer abuse at the hands of unremorseful PMDD suffering women?
    You want to talk about the abuse children suffer at the hands of these unremorseful women?
    But I suppose they aren't as important.

    • @SRose-vp6ew
      @SRose-vp6ew 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It sounds as if you’re saying your truly hurting. Are you in counseling? Because if it’s really that bad much space would need to be given during that time so there is no “abuse.” But what your doing right now isn’t healthy either and it shows you need help too. Both of you should separately get counseling. If she actually needs to check herself in to get help take that seriously and don’t expect her to be able to handle what your doing right now. Do you see what your doing? It’s awful! It’s a genuine cry for help and I do hope you get help. You need better coping skills because while I am sure your A great person when you’re not under stress right now you seem abusive from this post where you broadly attack all women with this condition in a very nasty, abusive, and passive aggressive and aggressive way. Please get help for yourself and for your family. Seriously, all of you. Your wife may need a psychiatrist, but you at least need a counselor. I don’t need to get myself involved in your business, but your post is seriously the most unhinged post I’ve ever seen online and the scariest thing about is I don’t think you realize what you even did. The whole family needs to be humble enough to get counseling. Separately. Truly do it for the sake of the kids. There is better in the future. It’s going to get better for all of you. Humble to counseling and lifestyle changes. I’m sorry you’re all suffering, God be with you in finding the right help, actually get help.
