    Here in Texas it’s a 3 day notice, then you can file an eviction on the 4th day

    I have a friend whos lease was up. Tolf she can do month to month. Now they want another lease. And wont take her month to month. What cam she do?

    Yes I was served a 3-day notice for getting a minor incident at the residence when I've been staying here for 2 years

    Do you still have to file an unlawful detainer if the tenant is not on the lease and has no written contract between the landlord ? (Given a written 30 days notice to quit w/o reason)

    After eviction do you still have to pay the remaining rent on the lease after eviction or do you just remove yourself from the property and thats it

    Can you be put out of your apartment without them serving an eviction notice? They just came to my apartment and asked am I moving out. They recently switched to another management company that makes us pay online, now that they have switched to this and no longer doing money orders now we have an extra fee when paying rent also they don't take the money out of your account when you actually hit pay now. With this being said I have a huge balance because of this and I haven't been served an eviction but they have came to my apartment to ask am I moving out

    So good people that they are when they need you to rent your property. I have some tenants who abused my trust, I rented a house but it was only the first floor and what did they do? They lived on the first and second floor and rented the basement. And now I have to give them a month to move. So where is the justice? I no longer rent any of my properties that I have.

    My landlord hasn't served me with a eviction notice, I didn't pay September rent 2021, now it's October, I didn't pay the rent because my landlord claimed he doesn't have the proper permits to rent the unit I'm in, should I go to the city with a copy of my lease agreement with my landlord and look into his permits for the habitat I'm living in it's residential???

      But then, why did you live there knowing that he didn't have the permits to rent to you? Now since you don't want to pay you want to report it, right? People and their congruence

      if the tenant does not comply with the 60 day notice, then you must file an unlawful detainer in court!

    I allowed person in my home because he was getting ready to be homeless. I helped him get a job with the agreement of paying rent when this happened. Also that he find a place of his own. He has been with me 21/2 months and is already having excuses about payment. I want him out. What do I do?

    What haappens with a situation this tenant decided to get her ex to do work/ repairs in the house that she had just moved into like not even a month yet?! Then decided to move in he daughter and family . And change locks! Tenant from h--l!!!!

    I don't think Governor newson would like people being evicted for doing nothing my next step is to call Curtis
