the calves looked really happy getting out of the trailer. I hope the weather improves because we are having issues in wales as well. On our farm we have water coming out of places we have never seen before. There is a sign of good weather comming in next week though

Gerry I'm finding Dodilile excellent for a slow calf like that, its just a multivitamin, gives them a good perk up, 5ml for couple of days into the muscle 👌🏻

Please don't take this the wrong way but you must have it better over there than us here in Wales no way we would be financially viable farming 50 odd cows, you seem to have good buildings good new machinery Please don't take it the wrong way but do you have a income off farm
Jerry is farming over 300 acres. He's Dad was a tractor mechanic and Jerry is a plumber. He has more than 50 cows. He finishes beef cattle too.
They are also on top of their game in every way. They do all their own work, nearly all repairs etc...they seem to have the mentally that when you are going to do a job... do it properly so everything isn't half arsed.
@@billabong9215 thanks for that I thought it was 50 cows but makes sense if he's plumbing, be a hard living otherwise, we run 130 cows and 1400 ewes it's a full-time job but no fortune any less and I don't think it would be viable, I wasn't been rude hope you don't think that I was just interested in how things are done in different parts of the world
Agreed weather isn't playing ball this year was meant to start de stoning for tatties up hear in Aberdeenshire Scotland a fortnight ago still haven't started

No shed accord from the put can only hold 2 cows and 2 calves. It’s only small

What's the story with it I often see it in vids mainly parked in yard is she good for trailer work ?
That’s my van…, 😂 it’s used as a run around. And handy for lots of jobs or collecting things. The odd calf has even been transported in it 😂
@gerry6420 defo can see that it's handy just looks funny beside the beautiful mark 5 landcruiser as she looks more in the right place but totally get you about puttin alot of stuff in vans they are handy alright. Good man gerry keep these vids coming 👍
