Persia, when working with buyers or sellers, do you recommend your clients sign a dual agency document, and if so, why?

Hey there! Yes, I do recommend my clients sign dual agency agreements. In the state of Maryland, dual agency just means that the same brokerage (not the same agent) represents the buyer and the seller. So it is very possible that a buyer for my listing, or my buyer client may want to purchase a home that is listed by another agent in the same brokerage that I work under. Doesn't happen all the time, but definitely could!

Ugh, such a hard question! I would say Charles Village and Mount Vernon are my two favorites. What's yours?
