Honestly, the facelifted G12 is not as good looking as the original 2017 model, but it is the last generation of BMWs which are not revoltingly ugly with the BUTT GRILL of today. -- The facelifted G12 also feels a tad less premium. Not un any big way but with little details like the loss of the chrome rings over the LCD instrument cluster or felt rather than suede liners. -- It is amazing what you Malaysian gyus can get on a base 740 model. Here in the US, a lot of the stuff you mentioned are standard on the V12 m760i, optional on the V8 750i and simply not available on the base model.
2, middle seat for short distance or smaller people only. Also the rear seat armest houses all the rear controls so if someone sits in the middle, they can't access them
