well his regular makeup isn't priced to far off from what he used im this vid. like tatcha water cream, Charlotte tilbury, tarte shape tape etc. are close to the price points here, which is why I personally always think it's a bit weird when influencers or muas try these products and are like 'oh its so overpriced' when they regularly use products for a similar or same price and sell them as the best. Of course they still test and use some drug store make-up, but usually for their everyday make-up they are located in the higher end.

I knew it wouldn't be a luxury makeup video without Natasha Denona. The eyeshadow palettes James uses are the ones with the regular pans. Natasha also has smaller ones which have smaller pans and are 69$. She also has the smallest ones, the 5-pan minis which are 27$. One of my absolute favourite brands, totally worth it! 😊

@@hiitscamieveryone fails every once in a while though but in even the worst products he can make it work, but theres only so much you can do with products that don’t work well together
I love that he has no problem saying that he doesn't like a certain product even though it's expensive and a popular brand. He is like yeah I don't like this, you can get --- for 20 dollars, or you would think for the price this would be better. I love that he is very real!

i started using Drunk Elephant and yes it may be pricey but i haven't broken out since and i really like it but that could also just be my skin but if your looking for a good skincare i recommend!!

When he was talking about the flight to the wedding and smart financial decisions, at first I was thinking that buying makeup at high prices wasn’t a smart decision, but really it is! James spends his time every week making videos for us, he makes money from that and making content is how he makes a living. I just thought I’d point that out because it just came to my mind.
