I work at ulta and we are not paid by commission we are paid by the hour. I believe the only people paid by commission is specific brand representatives that will come in for their specific brand(s), but yes our job is to sell so I, and probably a lot of others, appreciate you taking the time to find all the products instead of asking the workers!! I love how these videos are so different but still so on theme. I really wanna see one where James does his normal make-up routine but applies the products by the date they were released - for example if the mascara came out in 2019 but the setting spray came out in 2015 then the setting spray would come first!
