I’m like 99% sure my whole daily makeup routine is made up of expired products since they say 12 months 😭

I can't imagine going through a whole palette in 12 months even with daily use. I pretty much keep powder formulas forever lol
Powder formulas aren't really things people should worry about since bacteria needs moisture to grow. So don't worry about it, you're fine
i wonder what it would look like if we did expired vs new of the same product on like each half of your face

Omg! I have a Mac translucent powder from 4 years ago that I used it like 5 times and I just used it again for my TV interview… I was kind of worry, but I didn’t have any other option. 🤦🏻♂️ 🤷🏻♂️ 😂

Ha! I just saw the thumbnail again & just NOW noticed that you’re wearing the finished makeup. That surprisingly works really well for a cute summer look, or some intense bacterial disease if you make your eyes red.

I also have an eyeshadow brush with matching lash comb/eyebrow brush that I’ve had since I was 12. I’m 37. I do not use them. They were from my grandmother who passed when I was 13 so they are in my “do not use” makeup vault as well.

OMFG. I bought that ABH Foundation a few months after it launched. I knew it was getting old but I had NO idea it was that old. It's my favorite Go-To Foundation! I gotta go buy a new one asap. I'm usually decent when It comes to letting go of liquid/cream products bc they expire the fastest. Powder products on the other hand I will keep for several years past expiration & not think twice bc they're more stable (usually) & can be sanitized easier... which I know I shouldn't do
Coty. The women in my family have always used Coty Airspun. We have vintage boxes from the 30’s. My mom keeps them safe lol it’s just a family tradition that we’ve passed down from generation to generation. It’s the only setting powder I use. And the fragrance just takes me back to my mom, my Grammy, my great mommom Catherine, etc. It’s amazing how 1 product can do that ♥️☺️

Mascara is the only thing I actually will replace every 2-3 months. I'm cautious about eye pencils but not that much... my powder products - some are 4-5 years old
My mum lends me makeup somtimes and her foundation is 20 years old and still uses it same with all her makeup 🫣🤮🤢lol
