I can only do 3:4 and 4:4 and 6:4 😅

That's a very impractical but audiovisually percussively compelling way to say "yes"

Il be honest, I’ve been following’s my your posts for a while. While they are impressive, and have strengthened my interpretation of time signatures I find very little practical application in day to day music making. Maybe I’m missing something.

No you are spot on, spend time with all the time signatures, then learn to apply actcents and mabye then its like a challenge to do it.
