I remember seeing this on TV at the time and being amazed when the lemon and orange came out. Now you can rewind and slow-mo it's pretty obvious how it's all done but it's a great trick with fantastic execution, sleight of hand and distraction. One of my favourite entertainers.

ok, so hes performing "the oldest trick in the book", he is quite obviuosly a professional, so why would he attempt a new version of "the oldest trick in the book" and circumvent the technique thats make the trick? which is sleight* of hand.
There are 2 balls, one is magnetic, and the cup has a magnet on the bottom. So when he wants it to appear, he just slams the cup a bit harder so it falls, if he doesn't want it to appear, he puts the cup gently. You can also see him loading the lemon at 4:01 with his left hand, then you can see him loading the orange at 4:11 It's a pretty old trick, but the way he performs it is very amusing.

Chris really let Paul down by saying the wrong thing twice! First at 1:44 he says the ball is "on the top of the cup" when he was supposed to say "on the bottom" and then at 2:54 he says "It's in your pocket" when he's supposed to say "it's under the cup". This routine would have been much funnier if Chris had just been a normal participant with normal reactions, however Paul handled it like a pro and no one noticed a thing. And it was absolutely priceless when both men said "wrong" at the same time 2:57 :) How sad that Paul is dead. Sadly, no one will live forever, unless they repent to God and turn to Jesus Christ, who grants eternal Life to those who follow Him.
