Hey guys, don’t pop it in Neutral immediately after racing. Doing so cuts off the supply of coolant to the engine. Keep it in gear to keep the coolant flowing. Also want to keep tension on the chain. NEVER release tension on the chain at high speeds (100+mph) a floppy chain and high speed don’t mix. Keep it in gear until you slow down. Just looking out for my zx10 brothers. Ride safe all.

My good friend and tuner Sal on the exact same bike going against the same guy on the 4th gen, again 170 vs 120 but very good riders. I believe in the end it all comes down to who is setting up your bike, and if they can get the most out of it. It also depends on your weight and what kind of races you will be doing. If from 60 rolls (and if your plan on stretching the bike or keeping it SWB) then gsxr is probably best for those quick rolls, for top end possibly the zx10. Again this depends on who sets your bike up. Sal bikes move out, as well as EJR, im all in for #aceperformance but have a lot of respect for EJR as well. Hell even Tiger bike moves lol

Idk what's done to that R1, but considering those bikes generally make 185-190 whp fbo & tunet, i dont see how its keeping up with ZX10's and S1Ks unless it has head/cams pack or on race gas.
