I inflated my sup for the first time last night. The gauge never moved but I was able to fully inflate it. My husband and I were both able to stand on it (about 275 lb) with no problem.
The gauge doesn’t move until it hits the minimum psi. You’re under-inflating your board. It gets super hard to do once you start getting a psi read. I mean putting all me weight on it to go down.
Hi Jeremy! The pump shown in the video is a regular manual pump, for more info on how to attach the pump hose to your valve, please watch this video: th-cam.com/video/u7lx-TwNV5Y/w-d-xo.html
On the directions that come in the box Quickstart guide it says inflating your board number one connect hose number two set pump to setting one number three make sure the inflation valve is enclosed up position, whatever that means. Number four pressure gauge will not read until seven psi is in the board. Got it! Midway through inflation when pumping becomes more difficult, unscrew the plug from top cap of pump body. This is where I’m confused. My pump looks exactly like the one in your demonstration and it looks like it has a cap on top but when I tell you that top cap does not unscrew! Short of possibly breaking it. And you did not mention that at all in your demonstration. So, what’s up with the directions of unscrewing the plug from top of pump body?
Good job demonstrating how to pump the iRocker sup!

How long does it take to hand pump the board?
So how do you inflate the paddleboard with a regular manual pump?

Yes, but that is not a standard nozzle on the pump. I have two manual pumps, but neither of them have that end on it.

Please insert commas after number one, number two, and number three.
I also tried to unscrew the top cap. Doesn’t work. Instructions are not written well
Why wouldn’t you actually pump up the board?!
Because it’s super hard to do once you reach correct psi
Is this pump better than the one the Nautical board comes with ??
Too long!
