CALAIS, LILLE, TGV (FIRST CLASS) AND THALYS! #25

De dag begon in Leeuwarden. Vanaf daar ging ik met de trein naar Schiphol Airport. Van Schiphol Airport nam ik vervolgens de Thalys richting Lille. Na een klein poosje in Lille nam ik de TGV naar Calais. Dit deed ik in de eerste klas.
Na een paar uurtjes in Calais te hebben gewandeld, nam ik een intercity terug naar Lille. Daar bezocht ik de stad ook nog even, at ik een hapje en keerde ik terug naar Leeuwarden.
The day started in Leeuwarden. From there I went by train to Schiphol Airport. I then took the Thalys towards Lille. After a short while I took the TGV Lille to Calais. I did this in first class.
After a couple of hours walking in Calais, I took a intercity back to Lille. There I also visited the city, ate a meal and returned to Leeuwarden in the evening.
