I was cleaning my office and I have the same JVC camcorder and the same error popping up. I bought mines in 2006 and probably use it 5 times before storing it away smh should of sold it.
I'm sorry this is not a tutorial on how to fix the camera. This video is just showing the errors. From my research the problem can be the pincher roller or dirty head.
Try turning the camera on while holding the ‘16:9/find blank’ button (if your camera has that) or the auto button. A tape will need to be in the camera as it’s turned on. The camera should start fast forwarding the tape and help reset the mechanisms that are causing the problems. It may take a few times to work out the mechanics but this is a solution to some of the issues. Hope this helps.

There are actually pinch rollers for sale by bulk but good luck finding OEM if thats what you are looking for. Now there are just aftermarket ones
Drop of super glue. Not worth spending money on them anyway
Have you tried reseating the flat cables? They do get corroded overtime and reseating them will fix a lot of weird errors

Same thing happened to me. I bought mine in year 2007. The camera stopped working all of sudden. lol

Slightly bend the loading mechanism of your JVC camcorder it will work.It worked in my camcorder.
