  • Weapons represent the level of advancement in a society and they show the power of a country. The quality of weapons determine an army’s competence in battle and China is a good example of how skill in weapon-making can enable a nation to become a major military power.

      LoliMaster 69 minimum friction I guess. It’s like sharpening the sword’s blade and surface with something smoother than a mirror.
      So yeah. It’s possible in theory but impossible.

    Legendary but mythical is the Seven Star Sword. This was given by the Jade Emperor to the god Zhenwu, and he used this sword to banish the demons at Wudang Mountain. Zhenwu is the patron god of martial arts, and his images carry a sword with seven stars in a straight line or in the constellation of the Big Dipper in it. If you see a Dao or a Jian with the seven stars or the constellation of the Big Dipper in it, that's a representation of the sword, and these swords are supposedly for religious purposes and meant to drive demons away. You also find many references of this sword in anime and in games, so some of you might have heard it from there. In Japanese it is referred to as the Shichiseiken.

    Awesome, but missed the Sword Taia, which was the subject of a 15th century Japanese Zen Buddist and Bushido treatise called the Taia-ki or Annals of the Sword Taia by Takuen Soho to Yagyu Munemori. The Taia sword was said to be fashioned by Ouyezi to King Zhao of Chu, who when brandishing the sword, can inspire armies into victory. It is said that Shi Huang Di, the First Emperor, had this sword, and is the key to the invincibility of his armies. When he died, the Taia was buried with him, and might still be in his undiscovered tomb.

      Donovan Ho That will be a long story that requires some research... However what I am sure is that chinese naming aren't always in the form of 姓, 名, 字; before the Qin dynasty, it's 姓, 氏, 名, 字. For example, 姜子牙's full name is 姜(姓), 吕(氏), 尚(名), 子牙(字)...

    Imma start a chain of comments talking about all the weapons he talks about in his comment section. So starting stong at 5 the part of the story where he stabs through armor is cool and all but that's just under mining armor. It's kinda the same as puting on a bullet proof vest made for 9mm and geting shot and having the bullet shoot through the armor. Cool but something whent wrong with the armor.

    • @wanderingstranger8944
      @wanderingstranger8944 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ok. For I guess 4 and 3 I'm sure he said top 5 but what ever it's a magic story. So can't really criticize here but talk about wrighers block for a story. King demands the 2 people to death hmm how do they get out, oh to obvious less make.the other sword into a dragon

    • @wanderingstranger8944
      @wanderingstranger8944 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ok I think I got the order. So this is backwards and I done fucked up but we're at what he calls sword number 4. The problem with a sword made of all metals is well the sword is really weak cuase if you look at gold it's not exactly strong or durable so making the sword weaker than needed. Also adding adiahanal mass that isn't needed.

      Any sword could be the 尚方宝剑. It's special became it carried with it the authority to kill any government official. The emperor would bestow this sword to the general so that he could essentially court martial people as he saw fit. The sword itself is nothing special.
