You can try cutting it in to pieces using a knife.
Which grinder your using name please?
What is the name of your grinder mixer
This is called rasavangi in tamil.. But we don't add jaggery
Two chilli is enough for that masala
You can adjust to your taste.
Good recipe. Tried today. Thank you. Pls tell me how did you such Beautiful colour. I did not get the Colour.
Use the red chillies that give color like " byadagi " or "kashmiri" variety.
I live in Srilanka. Must look for nice red chilly. Thanks again. Very tasty

I'm cooking the ash gourd first time, the flesh is soft, is the gourd spoiled or is it ok, please can anyone help me out
The kernel is hard like if you press it will not create dent. It also has soft upper part with seeds which you can remove.
@@udupirecipes thanks
Always use tamarind once the vegetables are cooked
Why
Do you peel the skin of the gourd?
yes
Why there was no Jaggery in this? I see people use Jaggery in Udupi styled dishes like this
Its there
You have no description and even to take screen shots of ingredients it shows up for 2 or 3 seconds. So silly
