Did you have to get your truck reprogrammed when switching to AGM batteries

@@benwalker1839 no, the 2nd just runs the additional radio and refrigerator plus accessories when added.

Hey Ray how are you. I've watched several of your videos on your dual battery install on your truck. I've installed the same coolant and 2nd battery tray in my 2021 f250. My question is do you have your batteries tied together or do you just use the second battery separate with your redarc charger. If so just wondering how that's working out for you. Thanks Steve.

Thanks for the question, I setup my battery with the Redarc dc to dc charger. I’m using the second battery to run my GRMS and ham radio and will be setting up a winch and other devices. Overall I’m happy with the results.

OK. So it is not connected to your main battery. It's separate on its own with the redarc? By the way I like what you've done to the truck looks good 👍

The main battery is use to charge to 2nd battery using the Redarc when they vehicle is running. Thanks

Did you use the red 2 gauge cable to connect the positive to positive on each battery? Or are you just using the redarc when the vehicle is running to charge the 2nd battery?

Geeze, read the install instructions before you install! Your batter bolt nuts are on backwards. This is a great example on how not to do it 🙈

Okay, Mr Good wrench. This is my set up. And its has been working flawlessly. But by all means please do what is best for you. Just as long you connected the batteries terminals correctly, you can set up the screws and whatever configuration that works best.
