"THE END" video is a staple of my childhood and a great video. Even as kooky as Berra obviously is, growing up watching his part still makes me want to defend him in the back of my mind. 😆 Reynolds and Santos were my idols though and still love em today... And Kirtchart+Klein is an absolute unstoppable force.

All the old Andrew Reynolds and heath Kirchart graphics were the best. From birdhouse came the baker/Emerica phase and it's still in tact today. I refuse to stop enjoying things because I've gotten old, thats how you live a joyless life.

Love the classic B logo and full font. That era was so sick. Loved all the various Hawk editions. Now they make generic super artsy plain hockey looking crap graphics.
The b logo originally had the b with the line going straight up, the reissue has the upside down powell peralta logo style...i wonder if powell peralta helped bail him out w birdhouse

Birdhouse were my favorite decks, but there was a problem, i had no money. It was until about 2010 that i got a few decks, a shop closed down and for some reason they had a willy santos and a lasek deck, when i saw them i bought them the same day. I sold the willy santos for good money but i keep the lasek. I also have the falcon 1 and 3, but thats all. Wish they would re release those boards, the reynolds, laseks, willy santos, heath, klein, sean cleaver art is my favorite. He is doing some art with strangelove, he did chris pontious deck!! BTW, why the guy in the video has a virgen de guadalupe in the back lol, is it also famous in canada?

Hahaha I never heard of the Drake Birdhouse hoodie incident and the way it was handled is so sick. Re-released as a Degrassi hoodie is the biggest, funniest, and most proper way to tell Drake how much of a kook he really is. I need that hoodie now.

Great run down of BH history. Cochrane knows skate history! Tony Hawk and the Birdhouse team demo-ed Skaters Skate Shop parking lot back in 1993 and only 50 people showed up. That’s like seeing Nirvana before Nevermind was released.

Stop by " the pit" Rockford IL in 24-26' RV at looking like it went thru hell before they bought it. Not van on that trip. I could only remember about 6 guys or so on the trip. First board power puff girls birdhouse.
They came through my home part twice on those early tours unfortunately I was too young it was before my time but I've seen all the footage Tony hawk did a 540 on a 7 ft mini ramp wall I can say that my park/shop was honorable and paid them though

Can't miss it in that magazine. My son Austin hes now 28.. but he was a little boy and had gotten Mr. Bubble soap for bath time.. it came with stickers. But I got most them off the skateboard 🛹 now. But my son,, Mr. Bubble it on me while I was at work. Lol!!
