    These Yamaha Grizzlies are amazing. I have the XTR edition with the tactical tan and black color scheme. It's extremely comfortable, reliable, and definitely fast enough for me for trail riding. It's actually fast enough for what I do on the trails in my area.

    You didn,t say how many miles you put on it in a year. I was just wondering how reliable they are if had lot miles on it. You said 3 or 4 hour runs per trip so if use it alot I asume you have a few miles. Do you no of anyone who as high mileage on one and only few years old. Like to no if they are reliable as what some people say they are. Never owned a atv but interested now. They say honda atv,s are reliable to.

      That is something I forgot to mention in the video so thanks for reminding me , At the time of this video Im pretty sure I was roughly between 600-700 miles , As of today I just hit the 1056 mile mark to be exact after my last ride , As far as reliability its what the Yamaha Grizzly is really known for which played a big part in me buying one and wouldnt hesitate to buy another , A good friend of mine bought his 2014 Yamaha Grizzly and he owned it for nearly 6 years before buying his newer 2020 Yamaha Grizzly , But his 2013 had around 5500-5800 miles if I remember correctly before he sold it to buy his 2019 , They really are great atv's.

    Have you done any mods to the air intake box/filter? Or planning to?

    • @SmarOneNine
      @SmarOneNine  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ive seen Alot of Grizzly owners doing that and I would love to honestly but Unfortunately Im not too mechanically inclined when it comes to ATV’s to try and figure that out but if I find someone to do it than yeah I definitely will. 👍

      @SmarOneNine you don't need any mods on your airbox. Only older ones had a problem. They redid the airbox, you don't need to modify anything. Just ride it 😎 a whiskeybent exhaust tip sounds nice but not needed, a AIS delete helps cool down the exhaust/ muffler a little bit but again you don't have to. Don't waste your money on tuners. Ask me how I know 😊

      @@SuperDave-pe1zw Thanks for the info , Yeah I dont plan to do much if anything as far as mods/tuners go I did look into those exhaust tips a little bit but wasnt sure if I could just change the tip and ride and not worry about it or if those exhaust tips needed the ehs tuner or not? I Havent heard of the whiskeybent tip you mentioned though , I was looking into the tip by 2rracing? if I do anything Id like to change that out at some point.

      @@SmarOneNine the 2R tip is very loud and obnoxious! I put a MBRP muffler on and it looked like it was made for a 250. Very loud, not deep or throaty. So I put on a whiskeybent tip 1.5 with a 45 degree, sounds very throaty and adds maybe a horse or so. Not loud cruising but very good sounding if you git on it. I put the EHS tuner on me and the wives Kodiak. Made them complete turds !! I emailed Eric and said they don't do anything for stock grizzly. Not what he says on his video. Was not happy 😕 I went on Grizzly Central and a few members said they didn't do anything for them with newer 2019 yamaha's. So I took them off and plugged AIS, put on whiskeybent tip and they rip. I put Zillas on both ours and love them. I took my Zillas from my 2019 Kodiak and put on wives 2021 Kodiak EPS 700 and put some on my 2021 grizzly eps with 26 in tires and different wheels with more offset on mine. We both have winches but have never used them and we ride some hard places on our 700 acres hunting property. But nice to have in an emergency. We've had many yamaha's and the only time we've ever used the winch was because the wife wanted to ride around a pond. I said you'll get stuck... she said no I won't... she got buried in the nasty thick mud and I had to winch her out... lol. You might want to get your wife a 450 so she can go with you instead of riding on your Grizzly. I started my wife out with a used Yamaha 250 Bear tracker, then a 350 Bruin, then a new 450 Kodiak and now she loves her Kodiak 700. Enjoy your Grizzly and just ride it !! They're a beast stock !!!

      @@SuperDave-pe1zw Hell yeah man! Its great you got your wife all into it im still working on that with mine , Shes only driven this around in a couple parking lots im yet to get her on the trails with it but i think she will come around , And yeah im working on picking up another one to hopefully encourage her more! And again thanks for the info on the exhaust tips and that ehs tuner thing Ive seen all kinds of videos on them and just have the knowledge or understanding for them so I stayed away , Which again haulted my me from trying an exhaust tip because i thought you needed that tuner to run tips. So good to know ill most likely try that whiskey tip. Thanks again and happy trailing.

    I don't understand why Yamaha and Honda don't have a true 2 up like canam .Yamaha I find are too short for two .a great dependable bike

      I agree , Id like to see one as well however me and my wife so far has had no issues with my big boar 2up seat that I put on it , But I still agree id like to see a Grizz built for two.

      I get their mindset too and I can respect it but at some point that " If it's not broke don't fix it" motto will only get you to that wall. They clearly know what they're doing with their Models so why not take that step and prove to those who doubt them or simply.....gives us want because They gotta know they have the market for it.
