This show is super fun y its relatable and heartwarming. It shows the different experiences different mother's go through and their partners. It shows the difficulty and joy of raising kids. The characters are great and their stories are great. ......besides Jenny
I'm a working mom. And honestly this show cracks me up!!! I love all the characters! I relate in some way to each character 😂 I admit some stories are a bit much but overall I enjoyed it. Season 2 please
My girl friends and me could this show not long after we all had our babies. We laughed so hard. XD All of them are the same age, but a few months apart from each other.
That last scene was very relatable. As a mom we encounter situations that scare the shit out of us but that inner strength to fight and protect comes out louder than a hungry grizzly. I really appreciate that scene
This is might seem funny but some women are going through this in real life. The lady with curly hair literally represents me during my first 6 montjs postpartum, I needd help when everybody was blaming me for becoming weird. I had to go through it all by myself and thank god I was able to go over it and recover. Moms are not weird they just need help
I rly wanted to like this show, but it’s hard not to cringe at some parts. For eg the main mom had a nanny who tells her that her natural milk is not enough to feed her baby so they had to add formula, but the mom just gets OFFENDED and fires the nanny instead of actually thinking about the baby’s health??? Like what. How do you expect to empathize with her struggles when it she literally puts her ego before her baby
The women in this series disrespect their husbands, don t fight for their marriage, for the unity of the family. They jump from partner to partner. Although I am also a woman I do not agree with this values.
Speed God yeah I had to look it up, it’s Dennis Andres. But man his mannerisms, acting style and his way of speaking is so much like Chris Pratt!! Lol.
Surprised at how balanced this show can be. Not all the way, but enough that I am impressed. HATE Jenni though. And the thing with passing out people's pay grades? I would have liked for someone to point out that was not only highly unethical, but illegal. She needs more consequences before she acts on self entitled emotion.
Abortions should never be shamed my dear. A woman can do whatever the F she wants with her body/her life no matter how much $ she has, it's not the point. Smh 🤦

hello dear, my name is Paul, it will be nice knowing you as a friend, you look beautiful and I admire you so much. Please give me a chance for a friendship.
I'm on the third episode of this show on Netflix. I thought I would be a funny alternative views on motherhood, and it's alright. I like where it's going, but it hasn't gotten there yet. However, there is something that bothers me about this show that caused me to stop watching. They have a token black woman in the show in an attempt to show diversity. But they barely give her any lines. To me, there is no point of having her there if you're not going to give her a voice. She's just sitting there in the beginning scenes like she doesn't even know what they're saying, like she doesn't speak English. I think her not speaking is worse than not having her there at all. If you are going to be diverse, do it right. Don't just put her there like a voiceless, brainless prop. It's also interesting to note that the few times she did talk, it was related to her blackness. So her voice is only needed when it's about being black?
The show is a satire and really focuses its ideas on white privilege, so I believe that’s intentional. These women and their “problems” in a first world country is in no way taken seriously by this show hence the writing.
So if the show had a black woman being represented properly but not the same for an Asian woman, would the show likewise not be above par? Do we need to fully represent an Indian woman and a Latina woman and a Native woman for the show to be satisfactory? Don’t make it political. That black actress took on the job knowing the role she would be cast in. She made money because of it, and in the process represented some diversity. It doesn’t have to be a full-on lead role or even a supporting role just cuz you wanna see a black person talk more. There’s an Asian woman in there with a supporting role, and mind you Asians are cast to the margins way more than blacks are in Hollywood and in pop culture in general. So bottom line: It isn’t always about you or one particular race. In fact, it never is. It’s about everyone. I don’t go around griping about the lack of Asian representation in shows with black people but zero Asians, because I realize that at least there’s some racial diversity there, even if I don’t see my own people fairly represented.
Watched first episode and watched 1 minute of episode 2 and that bit with the c word and had to switch off because you apsoultly can use that word to your children!

The idea of the show is fine. But sexualzing almost the whole scenario, focusing all the episodes about sex, dialogues about sex, jokes about sex... while working moms are facing many other problems ...it is annoying. Sex is just one among many other things in life, but in Netflux everything is over sexualized.
It’s disgusting how this Tv series pass the message that when you have a child you can get rid of your dog. They made me sick. She was ready to put him down for nothing. What a shitty message.
No she didn't put him down and she wasn't willing/ready to do that, hence why she gave Ollie to Rosie. Because Rosie loves dogs and she knew it would be dangerous for her kid if a dog that was constantly trying to bite people lived in her house. She still didn't put him down, if she had I'd have quit the show right then and there. Really despised her mother in those episodes though.
Like any other “comedy” if this this that genre, it was overly exaggerated! Like yeah I get we r moms and have our moments but a lot of this is not relatable. As a mom who put her career on hold to stay home with my kids, I wish this show appreciated that more.
i have so many problems with this show but my main one is that for a "progressive" show, they used the women of color as "tokens" and made them very one-dimensional. jenny's storyline was so underdeveloped and they wrote her character terribly. like what happened to her "affair" that she was having with her manager? that storyline just dropped out of nowhere. but they had time to write multiple storylines for the other white women. super disappointing!
Tried to give this show a chance but it’s really hard to watch and not relatable for most moms, which is what they’re reaching for. Most moms definitely don’t get that long of a maternity leave & sure as sh*t can’t afford a nanny😂.
This had potential, but wasted it. I'm at season 2, episode 2. I try to give a new series at least one season. It doesn't present a realistic, or positive view of mothers, motherhood, or families. There's very little actual mothering going on. Its cynical, pessimistic outlook, and its dysfunctional, selfish characters with their skewed priorities, is so Jaded that its clever, comedic elements only partially redeem its corrupt soul. The character Jade, a single mother of two, said it best (2.2 at 3:38), "[. . .] listening to you guys complain about parenting, with partners, and full-time help, makes me want to throw a desk through a window."
hello dear, my name is Paul, it will be nice knowing you as a friend, you look beautiful and I admire you so much. Please give me a chance for a friendship.
Although there are some funny moments in this show, it overall gives me a douchey anti-children vibe. Most scenes contain some form of complaining about kids. Children are beautiful and should be loved and cherished.
She is allowed to have a passion for something outside of her family life. Think before you marry someone who’s future and ideologies don’t align with yours.
Honestly, I thought the same thing when I started watching it, but it got me so addicted! It's not as painfully awkward as many other shows and I think it's genuinely funny and not too unrealistic at all. (Well, if I'm able to judge the realism that is... I'm no mum after all)
1. Most women don't look like this after childbirth. 2. Most women don't look like this after childbirth. 3. Most women don't look like this after childbirth. This show is already BS from scene 1.
Bastante divertida la serie, solo que las protagonistas les dieron caracteres muy de adolescentes inmaduras....eso me cansò un poco y no volvi a ver el resto de temporadas
Yeah I came here to see if this trailer would change my mind but nothing's happened. I was raised by a working mom and my adult sister who also lived with us for a bit was a working mom also. But this show just isn't grasping me.🤷♀️

I don’t get offended that easily but this show has girl on hate, almost glorifies abortion when the character had no good reason to want one, and it wasn’t funny, I didn’t laugh once. The list of bad things about this show goes on and on most of the main characters are awful and the only one I like gets torn down by nearly everyone around her.
Yes, she did have a reason to have the abortion, she just didn't want it and that enough and it's completely okay, nobody should be forced to have a child

This show is hysterical.... I am hooked...
I don't know why but the bear scene always gives me goosebumps, I loved when they referenced back to it later
This show is HILARIOUS. Yes, go ahead and watch it.
My girl friends and me could this show not long after we all had our babies. We laughed so hard. XD All of them are the same age, but a few months apart from each other.
I like when the main character thinks that she’s a cat
Trailer doesn't do the show justice
Tears yEs
Honestly - the music they used gave it a much lighter one, almost like a Christmas comedy or something.
The series is a gem.
تيرز 100% recommend watching
VisualxxKhaos personally I fucking love it
Trailer shows fit women who supposedly had a child 6 weeks ago. It is BS.
That last scene was very relatable. As a mom we encounter situations that scare the shit out of us but that inner strength to fight and protect comes out louder than a hungry grizzly. I really appreciate that scene
Yup unless they have postpartum depression
Christina Leon what it’s relatable that you see a grizzly bear and scream at it?
Scarlett 13 They literally explained it in their comment.
Alice is a great actress, she has quite the future ahead of her!
My fav episode was when they were talking about porn. Hilarious 😂
Siick
Lol that was so funny. I loved her impersonation of the Anime girl
Hitechi Lmao
one of the babies turned around to look at her when she was making the noises, 😆
The trailer is nothing! This show is awesome and I can't wait to see the next season
i started watching this show and it’s so funny! i watched 6 episodes last night on a school night!
This series is 10/10 ! I recommend you guys to watch it, its so good and so funny

Anyone else come for Catherine Reitman from it's always sunny in Philadelphia? 🐱
Don't judge by the trailer. This is a good one.
I laughed until I cried from this trailer😂😭
Fun fat the main girl wrote this series, her actor husband is also her real husband
Really? I didn’t know that! Thanks!

Kat in the being LOL
Really funny so far!!
That end scream.
Jeez, her screaming lungs are from nightmares.

Currently in episode 2, im really bothered with the lips of the girl main character😅
That’s what I’m saying!!
xikathvi S. That’s sooo funny I was thinking the same thing!!! She’s funny though lol
Apparently a plastic surgeon allowed his nurse to inject her lips with silicone and that basically fucked her over.
I saw some pictures online.
She actually says something about her weird mouth is the 4th episode
Focus on her talent
i really enjoyed this i hope theres a season 2

We do not give our moms enough credit

Carlen Sizemore Was looking for this. Didn’t sit well with me.

A family, which can afford a Land Rover and an Apple laptop for a 9 year old, should be ashamed to abort a child for "lack of money"...
She was literally on bedrest and had a low chance of her or the baby surviving.

Hi
This is not a realistic TV show there's many Italian Canadian, Irish Canadian and Jamaican Canadian single moms in Downtown Kensington Market Toronto
It's not drama, and it's not funny... it just is what it is. Don't waste your time.
The main woman with the weirdo lips and her career obsession is really sad for the baby. Good to see she’s got her priorities straight 🤷🏻♂️
She is allowed to have a passion for something outside of her family life. Think before you marry someone who’s future and ideologies don’t align with yours.
If working mom is that bad, then what is working dad do?
This looks pretty bad, seems like they're trying too hard to act 'realistic but quirky and awkward' but nobody talks/acts like that in real life...
