Lack of connection of my peers, well, at work, i worked with alot of alcoholics, thats not easy to get away from because All welders drink, well not all, but when one doesnt drink, its not easy to comply when theyre drunk and im doing all the work. I had to find another trade...im doing good now. Swimming is not easy for me, and im learning everyday on how to enjoy my new peers! They understand what i did and how im changing my life. Thank you for helping me be more,...me.
That's awesome! Well done for choosing a path that is good for you. I've found that doing that consistently brings us more and more into contact with others who do the same. And then things get better progressively easier and more fun. I wish you a safe and pleasant journey. ☘️
……Swimming? The water is so good that it can get into your eyes for the next two weeks and the next three days will have a good chance to get there before it is raining and then it can be done by then so that it is a little more clean than usual but don’t know how long that would last. So, well…. swimming?
My average daily screen time is currently at 3hrs 39 min. Ive been working on reducing it over the past weeks. It was at 6hrs 30 min to 7hrs during the last 4 weeks. Going great on reducing it!!
Daily screen time is probably 12 hours since I work online, play games, watch TV, and communicate with family online. To compensate I have to meditate, exercise and do offline activities.
I just checked and my screen time was around 3 hours a day, mainly because most of my work is on Laptop. And I don't want to scare myself so I am going to skip that. So for now my screentime is 3 hours.

My screentime last week was on average 8h40min per day. My average sleep was less!
