My cotroller range 0-450 tph.
set point is 233 t/h.
But my PV value continues fluctuate 230 to 240 tph.below pid set value.
P- 0.048000
I- 3
D- 20
Please suggest which parameter change for better control??
Keep d action at zero and reduce P and I..try to bring oscialltion between narrow around 233 tph....d is the main reason which cause fluctuation in flow control

@@sanjaymer555 P is the gain and unit less... When represented in as proportional band it it shown in %...
I is the reset time in minutes to replicate the effect of proportiinal action by integral action often represented as reset rate = N/min.. where N is number
D is the rate time in minutes to replicate the offect of proportioanl action.

What parameter you are controlling... If its not flow try to increase D action. For flow only P+I action to use... Not D
@@dineshdiwani sir D is 0 and P is 0 and I is 3000 . TVR steam control
@@MrRoshanx start increasing P keeping I zero if you can... Once its stablizes or oscillates equally around set point.. then.. Increase I in steps till it oscialltes in narrow zone around set point.... Its steam flow.. so keep D at zero. But take care to lock pid output between permissible zone before tuning pid parameters to be on safe side
