Electromagnetic Flow Meter | Earthing Grounding & Installation ( in Hindi)

An Electromagnetic Flow meter is the only Flow meter which produces almost zero pressure drop across it and saves electrical energy of pump as compared to other flow meters like orifice, venturing, flow nozzle rotamter etc. But it is expensive than others.
This video describes its principle of operation and conditions which are mandatory to maintain when it comes to its proper installation.
Earthing and Grouding of flow meter plays vital role for its effective working. As noise generated around flow meter may induce erratic signal in flow signal which fluctuates its reading.
Physical locations on pipe area also described in this video ensures zero flow situatios which avoids erratic reading when flow is zero.

Any non-reactive materials may be preferred like.. fuluoropolymer lning... Polyurethane rubber lining.. ceramic.... You may Google suitable material for fluid you using...
