The video is excellent. 13:25 I agree with your boss, that it's all up to the individual.
For instance, when a person finds themselves surrounded by successful entrepreneurs, then entrepreneurship is an obvious choice because they have a second-hand mental model of the journey.
However, when a person is surrounded by corporate workers only, then entrepreneurship is the riskier, less traveled path.
