(Cat mom) Step 5: Make a plan for yourself. If you have a roadmap for the future you can simply follow the steps and not worry about as many bad decisions. Step 6: trust the plan, celebrate small victories, embrace the suck. 🦍
I'm glad I came across you by accident. I meditate and ask my spirit team to continuously bring people/information that I need to hear at this stage of my life as I heal traumas, etc. I stand in my own way by OVERTHINKING. That's my big big one. Many people don't realize just how much overthinking can be a hindrance. Yes, many say "just stop" but people have to show self grace and sit still and ask why they overthink. Thanks for this.

Thank you I needed this. Making goals in a rational state, but when things get hard I do get emotional and things fall apart. I have evidence that proves that I'm a disciplined person. I saw myself differently once I became a Mom ...but... I'm a disciplined Mom with a 4 year old 🙏🏾
