Hi, I have a question about the "Time Zone" in the "Ad Account creation"- do you choose the location you are going to run ads for?, or your current location? I am confused . would like to know since when you add payment info they also ask for Region , I know this is about a video from 2 months ago but no one has ever covered that topic!! would love to know since new people really have no clue and I got one business ad account disabled since I accidentally chose a wrong region for payment method and my Ad account I chose different Time Zone. What is difference between a theme and a template? You installed a new theme but in Elementor you used a new template, I am a little bit confused there.
The theme is applied site-wide and provides a cohesive structure for your entire website. A template in Elementor is a ready-made design for a specific page or section within the site, allowing you to customize individual parts while still being within the structure provided by the theme.

I am having the following difficulty: when I click on one of the properties in the list, a new page opens with this property, but the top of the page is in the middle of the top bar, where the main menu is.
