Great guide. This sub-story hunt has also gone on longer than expected, as well.
You're scarely right - most of the Yakuza Series can be summed up with "Do this until someone shows up to fight you."

A thing worth mentioning, when you do premium adventure, the level of your properties/hostesses stays the same level you left them but they will be locked the next time you play so for example, you got this property levelled at S rank/ this hostess maxed, if you do a second run at ng+, you can buy an S rank level property/ acquire a max level platinum hostess immediately. So if you rush through the story and avoid the substories and businesses all together, you can create a premium adventure save with everything already maxed out but not yet unlocked so you can experience those storylines without the hassle of grinding again!

You can just beat first race over and over to get Pocket Circuit Stadium. You dont have to beat harder ones
Not for the property, no, though it is best to try and do them if you're also working on the trophy/achievement for completing all races.
@@choueriito2548 I maxed out his friendship but it won’t give me the option to get the property. I copied the strategy of just doing the same track again and again. I am really suppose to finish the other tracks in order to get the property?
@@blahboobooy2549 Did you get up to the part where you can acquire Media King properties? If not, then you won't be able to get it. Maxed friendship is all that's required when you get access to those properties.

4:08 There is a cheap, easy way to get the turkey at Mach Bowl. Line up to the furthest left point with the 8 pound ball (6 can work, but it isn't always guaranteed), and hit the confirmation button (X button for PS4, A button for Xbox One) twice in rapid succession. Then, make sure that your power gauge is at least at 92. That will guarantee strikes and get you Mach Bowl with minimal issue.
Source: me. I was able to nail off 12 strikes in a row (pesky first frame with the 6 pound ball...) to finish this one up.

Great video man! I noticed that I'm stuck in leisure level. Do I have to get my properties all on level S to advance? Or do I have to continue with the storyline, side quests to further unlock other properties?
You can either buy more properties in the leisure district, or advance the ones you got to S - once you got 30 % "market share" in the district, the Leisure king will show up - at 60 % he will challenge you to a karaoke duel and at 90% you have to fight him mano-a-mano. Once you did that, four more districts will be unlocked. Hope I could help!

Thank you so much. Now I have a question related to this real estate issue. I know how to unlock the secret weapon store by talking to an agent at Taehei Belford square in the map, (came to know about it from a You Tube weapon store guide). I could give that man 30000 yen and moved right to a new unlocked convenient store, choose "housewives in a bind" option & purchase all sorts of guns. Problem is, I cannot find that person even after I get chapter 7.
Do I have to take over all the kings from real estates / buy all kamurocho properties in order to find that secret agent ? If you know anything about this secret weapon issue & my question, please help ( I will present my question in a better way if necessary)
No worries, I got the gist of it. The way you are describing your problem makes it sound like you are talking about the Secret Weapons Dealer in Yakuza KIWAMI. Yakuza Kiwami is a totally different game to Yakuza 0 and does not have the real estate royal talked about in this video. Best thing to do first is to figure out if you're playing Yakuza 0 or Yakuza Kiwami - It can be a little bit confusing since both games came out around the same time.

Just asking but I have almost all of the advisor but I missed one person can you tell me who it is? (I already have the mama-san, marui, krazy kyo, masochistic man, fortune teller and miracle)
The moment i realized the huge amount of money this minigame could give to Kiryu i simply stopped the story (I'm still at chapter 6) to grind it and now i basically have all 5 areas Rank S (except Race Pocket Circuit), i have bought almost all Kiryu's abilities on 4 figh styles and now I'm afraid i just trivialized a good part of the combat 😂😂😂😂

Damn I just watch this video. This is my first time playing Yakuza 0 and 65 hours time played still Chapter 5 right now. I've done all this possible substories at chapter 2 for Kiryu, also did the possible substories at chapter 4 for Majima.😂
Imagine the grinding fighting using Kiryu against Mr Shakedown using hit and run with Rush Style... 9 times beating him surely patience tested. Also finishing the disco vs Ogita when I played on XBOX controller which I didnt get used to (usually PS controller) Need to try on total 45 times dance with two person before. 😂

I dont know if you still read the comments, but is there any way to speed up getting the Media King’s shares? I have all his property other than the Pocket Racer Stadium and it’s really tedious to stand around for 5 minutes at a time so I can invest

Did you get all the money collection perks at the CP-Shrine? Oher than that I'm not aware of any other ways to speed it up, sorry! make sure to have to best managers assigned to the media district, usually gives you 5 % share per collection.
How far into the story are you? I can only recommend to progress the story a bit and check into the real estate office as often as you can. Sorry I cant help further.
I have all business upgrades except for the last, and I’m on Premium Adventure. I have Spining as the manager, who I think is the best but I’m not 100% sure on that
@The Man I see. make sure to change and assign other managers too - i think the leisure king is somewhat decend for the media district - has been a while since i played. its probably faster to just wait for the money to come in then to do the substories for the pocket racer circuit - have you taken care of ms. tatsu's and mr. come and hit me storylines? they are a good way to waste time / earn other goodies while waiting for the money collection.

@@omogHL Ms Tatsu is at the pier (she's the one helping you unlockng the beast style early on the beginning and her story line can give you a little bit of cash and new abilties) and Mr. try-and-hit-me is hanging out on the big parking lot close to the entrance to the park. Hope I could help!
I just started playing Yakuza 0 for the first time. Should I save all of my CP points to invest them into the real estate/business branch? or should I spend some of them on the exploration/combat branches? I'm interested in maxing out the combat and I know that's expensive so
I recommend to spend some in the exploration and Combat branches first - you'll need it in the ongoing Business Storylines.
I was wondering how I can invest in a store again to make it level up. Currently I have some stores that are rank C, but it seems I'm unable to change the advisor because I've already invested. Was that permanent or is there a way to rank the store up?
It shouldn't be permanent, did you start the money gathering in the districts of those shops? You should be able to upgrade shops every round. One round consists of upgrading - assigning managers - starting the money gathering - collecting the earnings once the gauge is full.

@@AdityaRaj-rh4fm You should be able to rank up the stores / change advisors once you played a full round of the real estate royale ... you should be able to select a single store and hit "change advisor" if im not entirely mistaken!
What happens if you answer the questions incorrectly? Are you locked out from getting that property?
As far is I know: No - it should be possible to stil get the property

Miracle is one of the best advisors in the game - I think the Fortune Teller is pretty good too - as is the Tax Lady. Since the Media King Area is the last one in the game, it takes a LOT of Time and Money to fully upgrade all the properties there. Did you get the Real Estate Royal Perks from the CP-Shrine? It speeds things up a little bit
Also, you can get the Fortune Teller by completing the "The Visionary Fortune Teller" Substory. Same goes for Marusa Marui (The Tax Lady) by completing "The Tax Lady"

@@wowwow1002 Its pretty much the endgame : ) Check by the CP Shrine - there are 3 different stages of Money Collection Speed upgrades, it makes the money collection finish faster, allowing you to upgrade more often

How far into the Real Estate Royal are you? You have to fight the Electronics Kìng to get the Hi-tech land :)

You may have to progress through the Story/ Real Estate Royal to trigger the necessary Sidestory
You need to talk to Luka and then do the challenge. It doesn't work if you just play normally.

You can designate a manager qnd security to a district via the menu in the Real Estate Royal Interface - hope this helps!

Theres a substory called 'How to Train your Dominatrix' from chapter 2 forward, finish it and the Masochistic Man will show up at your Office later

@@jack6478 you may need to progress through the main story to make more advisors/ staff show up. Also make sure to check all streets around the office, sometimes the npcs blend in pretty well into the enviroment

You have to complete the real estate royal - after taking over all areas, the boss should be introduced in a cutscene and a location should show up on the map

If you lost the battle, you lost some percentage of your turf to him - you'll have to win it back through regular rounds of the real estate royale - this should further the storyline! Hope i could help!
