Do all three headphones have multipoint pairing? Mainly one where the headphones can easily and immediately switch from my phone playing spotify to my work laptop to answer a work related call or Teams meeting, and easily switch back to my phone to resume spotify once the call/Teams meeting is finished

Noise cancelling is such a gimmick. A wired pair of Audio Technica ATH M50X with an amp is all u need if you want to blow your eardrums apart. The Bluetooth version lasts 80 hours on battery but loose some oomph. But allow you to hardwire them when u aren't on the move and having a cord isnt an issue sitting.
