These companies rarely do budget-priced headphones with these options. Just clearance with dated batteries and refurbished. But Sony is trying to get under $300 some day. Great list in this video!

Noise cancelling is such a gimmick. A wired pair of Audio Technica ATH M50X with an amp is all u need if you want to blow your eardrums apart. The Bluetooth version lasts 80 hours on battery but loose some oomph. But allow you to hardwire them when u aren't on the move and having a cord isnt an issue sitting.
