Solid recommendations in this video. Just wanted to mention that Astirna New Tab has been really useful for me in keeping my workspace organized and minimizing distractions.
Wow, i love this guy's Germanic obsession with efficiency! Really useful stuff on this channel. I think for an ADHD sufferer, this could be life-changing. Thank you 🙏🏼

Please can you tell me if there is an app similar to heptabase, where I can easily work with my databases while being able to use the infinite canvas not only for blocked information chunks but bein able to draw and write on it with for example an apple pen. I want to be able to naturally write and draw things and reference data from my databases where needed. I can not be the only one in need of this. I dont want to copy paste and swap between apps, that ruins the flow and creative process.
Unfortunately we are not aware of such solution. The only option could be Miro. However, it’s not a proper note-taking app but allows the Apple Pencil functionality you mentioned.
@@paperlessmove thank you for responding! There are so many apps out there that do the same but none that really brings those worlds together, so unfortunate.
We are using Convertkit and automated GoogleSheets to stay on top of our Members and Leads. We are also using ChartMogul and Databox for analytics. However, we didn't consider this as part of the ICOR Framework, as laying out also all fundamental business tools, would become too complex. It's all about the Productivity Tools on top of the fundamental business systems.
😮 Thanks. BTW, which mind mapping software do you recommend? Did you using it in this presentation? Do you have a course which explains how best to use it? Thanks in advance. Keep up the great work.
In this video Tom uses Miro, which also has Mindmapping capabilities. Heptabase also provides Mindmapping. This way Personal and Business needs in this regards are covered. There is also a Miro Beginner’s course available inside the membership. 👍
Unfortunately we’ve never received access to Lazy, which is why it’s not part of our tool stack. Be sure we‘ll share any updates about it on this channel!
Thank you Tom and Paco! This is such a great update on you most recent stack. Your ICOR framework has really done so much for me in my workflow, there's so much value to your membership!

Great video! How do you decide what goes into Tana and what goes into Heptabase (TheBrain, in my case)? I didn't quite get your differentiation.
