FANTASTIC!! I got Reader when it first came out (beta) and signed up w/ the Readwise Subscription. Just starting to understand the power w/ sync with Readwise (I am slow :) ) This is a Great Video thanks!!
Wow Tom… You really know how to clarify complicated and complex content and simplify it in an almost playful way. Thank you for your great videos and the hard work that you and Paco and your entire team put in to make life easier for us stressed out professionals! Hats off… Keep it up! BR Holger
This was very helpful- thank you. I’m now a subscriber. Out of curiosity, what software were you using to create the diagram demonstration? It would work beautifully for my genealogy research.
Thanks for your great feedback and good to having you with us now 💚 Tom uses Miro to do explanations like you have seen it in this video. In our membership we also have a Miro beginners Course if you like to dive in deeper. paperlessmovement.com/join
As always, this video is really crystal clear and very well done. You know how to make it simple to understand the meaning and the usage of each tool. But I would still have one more question I cannot really figure out. I am a sociologist so I guess I would benefit implementing all that process to my own workflow (Indeed, I am already trying, and you and I have been talking on Heptabase's Discord channel already) but in the end I still can't find a way to go from, let's say, a whiteboard on Heptabase filled with highlights I synchronized from PDF and my kindle-like app with Readrise, to a proper academic paper. I guess I would have to do all the work again to turn that visually articulated concepts, writings and highlightings to a paper that could be published. Would you have any clue or piece of advice to give me to find that missing part in my system?
@@paperlessmove I'm using mymind for see later and internet dump, readwise for spaced repetition, reader to actually go through, notion for things I want organized like recipes, software list, and work. I'm planning to buy scrintal as it resonates + I don't like high maintenance and compartmentalization of obsidian. Feel free to suggest alternatives Any other apps you can suggest I should buy? What did you connect your Readwise / Reader with?
Oooh, I wish I would have seen this sooner. Soooo good, Tom. This needs so much more visibility as it is foundational. ❤

By far the best explanation I’ve seen of a PKM ecosystem

THANK YOUUUUUUUUU 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Finally somebody who is CLEAR and simple 🤩👏🏻😍
Beautiful map of these systems working with Readwise. Thank you.
Great explanation. About how much does it cost in subscriptions per month for the apps in your workflow?
Exactly what we need, a simple diagram and demo, instead of 15 minutes video of bla-bla-bla… thanks 🙏
Thank you very much. It was very helpful.
Very very helpful…many thanks!
You are very very welcome! 💚

What app did you use here to visualize?
Tom uses Miro mainly for his visualizations 👍

I listen to a lot of audiobooks is there any way to I integrate them into reader or Readwise yet?
Snipd
But Snipd doesn’t work with Audiobooks, does it?
@@paperlessmove Oh yeah. Correct
