@@ottersox09 I failed the first time due to me smoking weed like a dummy which is my fault. And honestly the videos help but I recommend getting prep agent brother that is what I’m using. There’s 150 questions on the test and honestly if you study and are locked in anyone can pass. I have next try on the 16th and I’m confident that I will pass with the help of god and studying

@@ottersox09 I passed with flying colors! I found that the terms that we learned kinda fit into the exam but it was mostly situational questions in comparison. The basics are helpful but a lot of critical thinking was required. Good luck to you sir!
@@crystalm290 Classic PrepAgent also helped me a bunch. just try to avoid their newer videos tbh cause they pander a little too much in my opinion. Try to hammer down core concepts and be ready to answer applied concept questions. Good luck to ya and I can't wait to see you in the market!

I took 3 classes and am getting my real estate sales certificate and can now apply take my real estate exam but everyone’s telling me in southern California it’s not worth it to go into real estate. Kind of scared because everyone is so doubtful but holding onto hope!

I heard from multiple sources that the CA test does NOT include math. Is this still correct? This review included math questions questions.
I just took the CA test a couple days ago and there was only one question with math, and it was as basic as it can get. No calculator needed
