Passing the Real estate test is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr Dylan

There is a mistake in question 16. The answer is 2k but your voice recording says 4k.you also selected 4k as the answer but the explanation in blue shows 2k
So many mistakes: Q4: should be 0.4 or 40% of a section. Township = 36 sq mile or 23,040 acres. 23,040 acres / 90 = 256 acres. Section = 1 sq mile or 640 acres. 256/640 = 0.4 Q10: answer should be "C" Answer A is not correct because what if the seller does NOT accept the buyer's offer? Seller must accept and relay back to buyer. Q12: answer should be 25%. Example list price $100,000 x 0.8 = $80,000 paid; $100,000 - $80,000 = $20,000 profit; $20,000/$80,000 = 0.25 or 25% profit. Q13: both A and C are correct. Q16: answer is A, $2,000. Q65: all answers are wrong: just the material cost along is (90' x 175') x $0.825 = $12,993.75; add fence cost: 2 x (L+W) = 530 feet x $1.25 = $662.50 = $13,656.25 Q67/Q68: shakes head, California not Florida.

It's wrong. 3 o'clock relates to 90 degrees. 60 degrees would be 2 o'clock. A circle is 360 degrees, each hour on a clock face is 30 degrees (360/12). 1 o'clock is 30 degress, 2 o'clock is 60 degrees, 3 o'clock is 90 degrees and so on.
