The camera manual Link states on page 69 says the following: If you want to receive notification with alarm images, check Attached image. the notification email has 3 alarm images attached about the event with configurable image capture interval. How many attachments images did you receive in notification email alarm?
These cameras are total garbage!!! I have 8 of them and on 2 of them I have issues with the filter and it gets stuck and my camera show live in Blue or PINK and the domes are constantly having condensation and you get a lot of blur when it goes into night vision.
I ran into the condensation problem on the models that have a plastic lens housing. The 2142 and 2155 that I have replaced them with have alum. lens housings and no longer have condensation problems. The plastic ones develop micro cracks near the lens that are hard to see.
What was the reason to open and unscrew camera? Also, why you change direction and angle of camera with hand?

Yup it works with good old IE only
Where can I find the reset button? I found it near to the memory card slot but it is not working and you will not feel that you are pressing a button.
you shoud be able to feel the button engage. i haed one particular cam that I hada to hjold the switch for 20 seconds to get it to load defaults
