- This is the continuation of how I built my Pumpkin House with no clay.
In this video I show you how I built a small set of stairs, add light into the fireplace, make a wooden plank floor out of cardboard and how I added onto to the roof.

Just found your videos. You reference a part 3 for the pumpkin house where you make the furniture. I can’t find it. Which video shows the furniture & do you have a tour of the completed pumpkin house?

thank you so much! Crafting for Halloween is a no no for some people, they fear it's evil. I was actually expecting a lot more. I'm surprised by the lack of them... but give them time, they will find this video haha :) It's all good tho, par for the course on youtube! As long as the thumbs up out number the cranky ones, I'm totally happy.

I Know what you mean! She makes it look so easy. I would cringe at the moment my knife 🔪 touched the project. And her talent for adding stuff as she goes is amazing!
63 years ago in Kindergarten, we made tulips from the paper egg cartons with pipe cleaner stems, leaves of pipe cleaners and green construction paper, cut-down milk cartons, and real dirt mixed with glue. Our mothers & my Grandmother appreciated them as much as the paper hats we made and took home in time for Easter.. There were no to-go cup-holders back then. No foam egg cartons until I was older either.....
I love it. I can't tell you what joy it gives me to watch you create. It gives me courage when I goof up. I just ok now here is an opportunity to make it better. But you intentionally dismantle your stuff, lol, not sure I'm that brave yet. Fly high Kim! You look great up there 🧡

Wow 👏 I actually loved the texture of the inside wall of the bedroom before you put the smooth on it! But then once you papered it I also love that too! I'm hoping in part 3 you show how you did the bark on the tree! The fire place is gorgeous! I could live quite happily in this little pumpkin house! Lol 😆 I'm in absolute love with it! You said that you would like the pumpkin house smooth, but honestly, I think all the charm is from the bumps and ridges on the house. I have been collecting Gnomes for about 30 years and would love to make this house for them. You are a true artist, and have inspired me so much!!!!! Thank you!!
aww, straight to my heart! Thank you, I really appreciate your kind words, truly. When I started the house I thought I would prefer smooth but by the time I was done I fell in love with it. I call it my bumpy pumpkin, lol but I wanted others to know that if they would prefer smooth they can totally cover in a clay and that would be awesome as well. I agree with you that imperfections add so much character. But again, some prefer perfection, and that's okay too :)
I have been following you for a bit now. You are such an inspiration to me. I’ve always had all of these visions of these tiny houses but I never fell in love with the “Doll Houses”. I watched the Borrowers as a kid and I had a book my Mother would read to me. Thank you!!!

I am in love with your pumpkin house, in each video it grows and keeps growing lol, loving your creativity and your projects, I am currently building a small diorama and since I am in the UK, I find it hard to get hold of a non-non-stick foil, seems all the foil I get is non-stick, but I am determined to get hold of some from somewhere since you have inspired so many ideas I have now watching your methods. You can use shrinky Dinks to for the stained glass, It is cheap & you get many sheets. I work at Michaels & we have clear & white, I hope that gives you some more Ideas.... xoxoxo

haha, I totally get that! My family always asks for a tray EVEN if they order just one drink. It's not unusual for me to find drink trays on my porch when I come home. It's wonderful when you can get other people on board, lol
@@WhereTheGnomesLive I did have these really cool river rock looking little stones for the chimney and I am using some sheet rock mud to fill in the holes but I just realized I actually have a box of grout 🤷♀️ lol oh also I wanted to tell you thanks so much for your inspiration because I also realized I can create a few stumps and branches for all my snakes enclosures I cant wait
I love how this pumpkin house is turning out. I have an idea that it may take on a life of its own, kind of how your treehouse did. I can see it now. It will become a pumpkin patch of five or six smaller houses all together. Lots of leaves & greenery, and little vegetable gardens here and there LOL

Hi Sharon, I hope you are well. I have watched all your video's at least 2 or 3 times and I finally took the jump! I am now building my own mouse tree mansion. With l9ts 9f failscand error, I must admit. Lots of things don't work out, because I am too impatient sometimes. I have an issue with painting cardboard. Everytime I paint something it look all wobbly and the cardboard looks awful. I think cardboard doesn't like moist from the paint. Do you wet your brush before painting? I probably should use more paper towels, but I dont like that on floors. Any ideas? I look forward to part 3 of the pumpkin series and must admit I am very curious as to how far you got with the clay mouse house. It's so awesome. Thank you for the kind words and the sub! I appreciate that. Everything I make is for indoors. To make it weather proof you would have to seal it with an exterior sealer. Others have told me that works well. You would have to ask at your local paint store what is the best product to use. Best of luck!
There could be a bar inside of the door that's conectiit to rhe door knobs so that can be operated so it can work.
