Finally got passed gascoigne and blood starved beast with the help of a friend. I feel pretty happy about that. I tried to use your strat with the blood starved beast, but it kept moving to fast. I'm a scrub but it's ok.

This game is impossible to play without a guide on your first playthrough. It's so damn cryptic. "Ascend to oedon chapel" is all the instruction the game gives you. Youre on your own after that.

A lot of these are filler or unnecessary such as Pebbles which is just used to lure enemies and Madman's Knowledge which slightly escalates the game's difficulty.
Also since this is a no hit run the longer you spend in a given level, the more you're opening yourself up to getting hit. That's why runners will usually only grab items that they need to get through the run and ignore everything else.
Grinding this was very hard i guess, happy that it has worked out after all :3 always interresting about vod is to know that this is gona be the run but past record zeus doesnt knew it then :D

Dying to beasts, trying to find the next boss without any yt vids and than I repeat the cycle, it drives me insane it’s like a maze in this game. Wondering if my stats are good enough, can’t even pick up my stats because I lose my blood echoes when I get cocky. Those werewolves, god those werewolves.. I still love this game tho, still in 2021 a great game for PlayStation
