Many thanks for posting, it’s always good to have these safety tips reinforced, even for “seasoned riders”. I’ll wave to anyone riding any make of bike, it makes my day if I get a response.
I agree with what you covered here. I like practicing skills on roads I know well to reduce surprises and to be able to gauge progress. Good luck with Harley riders waving consistently, if at all. My take on this: Their minds have been impressed upon enough to make them think their HD is the ultimate. The worst ones will gladly tell you if it ain't a Harley, it ain't sh*t. When I started riding on the street, the biggest HD egos were the sons of the guys who fought in WWll, and I believe their dads told them all about how Japs suck and all that. Might sound offensive to younger people, but, that's exactly how things went because WWll was not a picnic. 😐
Yeahhh if its WWII related, can't blame them to some degree. I just laugh when that mentality is there, but then in their garage they have Toyotas, Hondas, Lexus, etc 🤣
Awesome video! I can’t wait to have a full riding season this year. I just got my license in August and only had a couple of months to ride. One more thing I’d like to add to the list is not being aware of wildlife like you would cars. Anywhere can be an intersection when it comes to animals, birds especially. Also, a full face or modular helmet will help prevent a bird and huge bugs from breaking your face.
Ayee nice! Thanks for sharing that tip, definitely something I have to look out for where I ride (mountains). Full face helmets all day for me personally 😎
Ive had my first bike (DRZ400) for a couple of years now, im 52. I told the wife AGGATT and so far ive been true. Ive had to admit that when it gets hot, I dont ride because riding with all that gear is too hot for an overweight guy. Thats ok, because i have an e-bike that tides me over. I can ride all winter though (East Tennessee). I miss it, but its not too bad because I get out on the boat. I really want a Tuono 660 for my next bike because it looks awesome as compared to the MT09.
Yeahh, these days I try to go earlier in the morning on hot days to avoid the heat! Tuono 660 looks way better compared to the MT09! Hope you're able to get one mate
Hello bro , What camera do you use for this video, I want to order one but I prefer not to stick it on my motorcycle, make a video about it, your videos annoy me a lot, regards

Makes my day too! Nice to see happy folks out riding 🙌
Your City looks picture perfect!!!
Appreciate it mate! Where abouts are you from? This is in Northern California

@@SK_XIII Yeah, and I'm not excusing their attitude, either, because I've gotten it more than once over the years. :D

All good points for sure! Thanks for sharing this. I'm sure so many people are going to appreciate this video.
Appreciate the support brotha! More people we can get to ride and stay riding the better 😅

What lens did you end up going with for your GoPro?
Just the regular type of lens. Didn't invest into the max lens mod or any other variants haha
bro lets go for a ride!
where you located brotha?
@@SK_XIII saratoga!
Think not in discrete positions and "mini lanes", you can be literally anywhere in the lane and you should take full advantage of that.
Absolutely agree 👌
Hello, What is the material of the rs660 fuel tank? It doesn't seem to be metal, right?
Plastic mate. I don't think many modern bikes use metal anymore haha
@@SK_XIII Isn't the fuel tank of its big brother, rsv4, metal? The plastic fuel tank will not be strong, hardness is not high?
@@fakeorlando5870 can't speak to the RSV4, but both have their pros and cons imo
Riding a motorcycle is a semi perishable skill…
agreed! can always get up and go once you learn, but definitely can take time to feel comfortable/confident again

Not sure if the translation was correct. Says that my videos annoy you 🤣But I use a GoPro hero 9 and attach it to my helmet chin
@@SK_XIII hehehe, sorry for the translation, your videos are incredible bro, I already understood that you use a Go pro camera in your helmet, thanks
