My favorite part of this, both now and 40-odd years ago, is the grave commercial actor,: "Friends, do you ever worry about perspiration odor? "

    Here it is!!! 😃
I've been waiting for years to hear this:
"You can call in the entire police force of Gotham City while you're at it, but there's no way any of you can break through the impenetrable force field I've projected around the pavilion! NO WAY!!" 😃 3:15

Voices: Elliott Lewis (Superman/Clark Kent, Policeman), Don Wescott (Narrator, Lex Luthor, President Fairlane #2), Mike McNally (Police Chief, President Fairlane #1)

I believe that Elliot Lewis is also the voice actor for the reporter who talks about Superman being exiled from Earth (8:45)!

8 years late to be asking, but do you know who voiced Lois Lane?

@@DavidDartley To be honest, I'm not sure. I'm thinking either Rhonda Berkman or Wendie Flagg...

Always hard to peg where one first heard these stories back in the day, as Peter Pan/Power Records released stories several times on different records. I had this on a record with only one story on each side..."Tomorrow The World" was the B-side, with "The Best Cop In the World" as the A-side, and a cover with a comic-art image of Superman over a photo-realistic cityscape. Meanwhile, I had another LP with "The Mxyxptlk-Up Menace" as A-side, and a story called "Alien Creatures" as the B-side.

Being a reader of Superman comics as well as a listener of these records, I always wondered about the character reporting on the launch of Superman's & Luthor's rocket....the reporter is never identified by name, but it's clearly the same actor that was doing the voice of Superman, and the art in the accompanying storybook depicted the male reporter as dark-haired and wearing glasses. Did Superman set one of his robot Superman duplicates (which were a thing in the comics, usually seen guarding & maintaining the Fortress of Solitude) to cover for him as Clark Kent, and maintain his identity in case he could return to Earth someday?
