I've killed Puck for 100 times, and nothing. I have the blueprint of the Nem (bought it from the vendor). I've killed Klutz for about 10 times - still nothing. What am i doing wrong?

I get why they capped the old exotics at level 30 515gs though. They want to encourage us to get the new exotics and play with them first. Hopefully we'll get the ability to upgrade old exotics to 40 before too much longer, as exotic drop rates are very unkind to me (I mostly want Bullet King and Lady Death, I'm under no delusion I'll be able to get Big Horn until I can put together a better build than I have now).
The Devs for this game are jerks. They make you grind all over again for a upgraded blueprint for a weapons we already have the blueprint for. Just give us the new blueprint, hell,we just gave them new money for this War Lords dlc. They show us very little appreciation.

All of the exotics once you complete WoNY drop in the open world. I extracted the holster for the max roll and during my run through the tombs it dropped again. Nemesis not only drops from black tusk. It also drops from targeted MMR loot.
The horrible part about this is that a week before TU8 I farmed parts for Chatterbox (including gathering keys in the underground plus a few bounties), and built it before the update dropped (And thus at level 30 instead of 40) because I needed exotic components to upgrade a couple of sub-500 gear score exotics I had. The only boxes that dropped any chatterbox parts then were the ones inside missions (Grand Washington Hotel, Jefferson Trade Center, District Union Arena, etc.), none of the open world ones dropped any. And since my sample size was so darned small, I got the part I needed from the FIRST hyena cache I opened in each of those missions, so I dunno if they're more common from in-mission caches or RNG was just being kind.
At 3:48 you state that "parts are dropping in the open world" which is not true. With the exceptions of the Chatterbox parts from Hyena boxes. The Liberty and Nemesis parts have specific bosses they drop from.
I don't get it. I'm new to the game and I'm not sure if I purchased the Dodge City Holster blueprints but realized I had all the parts from randomly roaming and capping lvl4(?) CPs. I went to the bar at noon, killed the named enemy and it didn't drop anything. I've never seen the projects and have never been able to hand in the parts. Am I kissing something? Is it just because I'm missing the required holsters to craft? Halp!
1st Check Annya the Crafting Station Manager. If you have all the parts; either, she will have the BluePrint or As you check the part descriptions only available to View from the Crafting Station, there will be additional clues. 2nd Run a TH-cam Search for The Division 2 how to get the Dodge City Holster. 3) You should waite and craft it for your Next Closest Gear Score Level. Like, GS 500 or GS WT5 Level 40 and Not Pre-WT1 Level 30. Unless you can get an Upgrade Blue Print, and be carefull because not all of the UpGrade BluePrints Work. So Only Craft if you know you will be happy for a good While.

Thanks for this Update GDaddy!! I was holding back, because of my Lullaby and Sweat Dreams: Shotgun Fettish. I got all the GS 500 Blueprints, and splurged on the Deluxe Add-On Pack to upgrade my Pre-Order Gold Ed Steelbox Capitol Defender Pack Lullaby Blueprint for the Sweat Dreams End Game Upgrade. Only to find GS 251 Block. But TU8 Did Up The Upgrade Blueprints to GS 515. So Thank You for Confirming That TU8 Doesn't Have a TD2 EndGame Upgrade Blueprint for the Sweat Dreams or the Lullaby. Or the Typical Dev's Dead End for TD2.
You need to get all of the parts (yeah, again) in order to craft a lvl 40 version of an exotic you already have. And which you should have the lvl 40 blueprint for. Note: you can break down your lvl 30 exotic weapons for parts. I know :( It's hard to do that!
I had parts for kendra’s liberty and dodge city holster . The liberty in my build runs ~480k dmg and with the dodge city holster perk i can get a 7m headshot with the charged bullet.
I have the level 40 BP but no parts drop for the DE50... it pisses me off I have to farm this crap again AND give them $30 to lose all my gear for a map that is lack luster at best. If they change gear meta as much as they did at level 30 I am finished playing their games, not just The Division but any other game Ubi releases. Between this game and Break point I am pissed off at their bull crap.
So before the patch dropped i was doing the control points for the holster. I to the last part where u had to go to the bar at 12 noon. Once i hit 40 will all i have to do is go to the bar and get a lv 40 holster?
Did you have to deconstruct your lv 30 nemesis in order to get the sniper in tidal basin? I ran it and got a shot gun from the box instead of the rifle to break down.
You dont have to deconstruct the lvl 30 ones, when you still have the lvl 30 nemesis with you in your backpack or stash, the game thinks that you have the gun already, then you wont be able to farm the parts again. Just transfer all of the lvl 30 exotic to your alternative character, you will be able to farm the parts for the lvl 40.
I gotta get the parts for lvl 40 holster. I used the original up to lvl 37 it was awesome, swap to good sidearm with the buff up and it just nuked the armor on the heavies and bosses.
If you are in a group and someone gets an exotic it usually releases the blue print . I know I didn’t have the eagle bearer and someone in my group got it. I received the blueprint this was before the update I’m not sure if it still the same
I have the BulletKing and I'm running a LMG build. So I'll just wait until they make it so you can upgrade all the ones you already have. Which they will do at some point down the line. They're only holding off because they want you to focus on the the new Exotics right now. Besides some peoples game are bugged, whereas you cannot get the parts drop to actually make them from components. But if they fix it, then I already have 8 Exotic components ready to go.
Shinuki San I been looking on TH-cam and people are saying that they or their friends gotten it by running the Riker missions, more specifically The Tombs and Wall Street. Was there anything that you did specifically that got you the gun or was it just complete luck on running through these missions on Higher difficulty?
@@AvertBurden I got mine on Dragov Riker mission which is Wall Street on hard difficulty. I ran it once after the patch dropped to fix the BulletKing drop rates and got it first time. I got another one last night doing the same thing, which I gave to my friend. Do it on a lower difficulty so you can rinse and repeat and get many done without the stress of taking ages, we run through ours in 10 minutes each. No point doing it on really high difficulty just for a 2% drop increase, it's just a myth. Increase you chances by doing it multiple times in a much quicker fashion. That's how I've gotten all my Exotics.
The Invasion changes every week on Tuesday. You have to wait till tuesday so the Invasion Dungeons change that u can get another Nemesis part. So it takes approximately 4 weeks to recraft it.
Well today i decided to do invaded missions and i got to maning zoo that was 1st invaded stronghold this week and the part that shows loot an bosses it showed upon completion i will be getting the exotic crafting piece for nemesis, i think it was called the tally. So im guessing nemesis quest has changed.
I cant get the liberty exotic pieces to drop. I'm doing them in the correct order. It already says I have the trigger but I get get the paintjob to drop
so I tried to redo the nemis quest to get it to level 40 I did all the missions,went to tidal basin went to the room and it did not drop the sniper you need to deconstruct didn't fall it was the wrong gun?

This Division 2 Warlords of NewYork is amazing isnt it, not only does it have no content, oh sorry tell a lie, farming is the content, but now to add more content to a contentless game we get to farm all our exotics again. It just keeps getting better an better.
I farm for the liberty parts, and the boss didnt drop it wth?! Try it over n over again, still no drop. Im playing at capitol hill on challenging, n kendra nelson supposed to drop it. Now im thingking to farm it on gun area 😑 a friend of mine, got different case. He had all the chatterbox parts, BUT he cant craft it on the bench wtf 😤

yeah my Exotic Holster is bugged I cant get the Fast Leather Belt to Drop the High Noon Cowboy isn't spawning and i keep getting the same exotic pieces dropping from level 4 CP's to add salt to the wound
People here are saying that the Nemesis parts aren’t spawning, but I think i’m just lucky... I went through Tidal Basin to collect the sniper and deconstructing it for my first part I killed the boss in District Union on Invaded difficulty for my second part (which dropped on my first play through) I just killed Puck not too long ago for the blueprint, so I just need Roosevelt Island and Capital Hill to be invaded so that I can get the other two parts.... (Mind you, this was all done this week and time while District Union is being invaded currently but only for about the next few hours. Also I got these all on my first try. I have no directives on but i do have my global difficulty set on Hard, if that makes a difference but this was my experience)
The difficulty doesn't really matter. They're all guaranteed drops from those bosses in invaded missions/strongholds once you deconstruct the Adrestia from Tidal Basin. But you can only get the Adrestia to drop once. Anyone who constructed the Nemesis before Warlords is stuck waiting for the 40 blueprint, because you can't get any Nemesis part to drop again.

One thing to note.. as developer mentioned.. crafted exotics wont be at their max power like before.. it will be RNG.. so you might need to keep crafting until you get decent dmg from your exotic.
Joe Casarez tbh, i am not huge fan of new gear system. I have 20 exotic parts + few eagle bearers and pestilence in the stash but i am pretty much sure that i am going to run out of exotic parts because of inferior dmg exotics once i start crafting.
i got Nemesis blueprint before getting all the parts im missing part from Roosevelt Island yet and this week stronghold is Manning National Zoo. anyone know if possible to get part there or did they screw me over and i have to wait another week or whenever RI becomes available . and this was AFTER i hit 40 with expansion i had 2 parts before and got bp and 1 part from district union arena after expansion.

It doesn't drop at all, you get the Tally scope component by grabbing the key in the first section by the bunk beds and then opening the door in the control room onboard the first hovercraft and grabbing the gun from the weapons crate in the locked room and then breaking down the adrestia marksman rifle to get the component. But it's never dropped anywhere on the game?
Shinuki San No, it’s not a bug, it’s by design. It’s always been that way - once you get the Adrestia drop from that chest, you can never get it again. The only way you can guarantee a level 40 Nemesis is if you either never got the Adrestia, or deconstructed it but didn’t craft the Nemesis until after Warlords/TU8. That’s the whole point of this comment.

You Can’t get parts if you have a level 30. You have to deconstruct it and start over. As long as you have a level,30 in your inventory or stash, you’ll never get the parts or weapon to drop. Same goes for chatterbox.
So you telling me once I make it to lvl 40, which I'm currently at lvl 36 I will be able to craft a lvl 40 Nemesis, chatterbox etc... If I already farmed the parts and got the blueprints back in the day.
It makes no sense that massive thought it was smart to do this. Of course fan boys or simps as I call them will disagree with my point. But if you already have the exotic why not be able to use that to craft to 40? The reason is the content for the future isn’t as strong similar to destiny so making the game more of a grind fest is one of the reasons players left.
I think the fact that they are bringing the upgrades out at a later date is almost worse. Like no one wants to wait so we are just going to go farm them anyway; just to be able to upgrade them when it is too late. Either bring it out at the start, or don't.
Why go to all this effort to look back to take the exotic weapons to level 40 when one can also dismantle the level 30 to craft them to level 40, why always make it as difficult as easy as possible, still a while and we are more on the crafting table then on site... No Massive you're not doing well.

That's cool and all but it'd be nice to get the first piece of the nemesis again. I've ran tidal basin 5 times now, 2 since warlords and all I've gotten out of that box are purple weapons. Can't exactly get a fucking level 40 nemesis if I can't get the pieces. Rather annoyed by this.
You can lvl up shd just shooting at target practise. The Green target Marks that shows up In open world.. Yea it is cheesy af but a lot of people are using that.. 👉🤯
My Demitionist pistol is level 40, but my score is 510? I can't equip it, and have no expansion. Someone please explain this stupid s***t? Anybody on PS4 wanna grind some gears? Just got 510 and have almost nothing.
If you max it out in the specialized menu then it caps at lvl 40. Fill the weapon slot up until it has one more available upgrade and you should have it at lvl 30.
I think its ridiculous to expect people to redo quests to get old exotics and introduce all new brand sets amd gear sets and named weapons. It's insulting. Who has the actual time? People need to realize how things like this can add to the deterioration of the game/community.
Divison 2 community didn't need to have re- farm all over again. The bots in the game now are unreasonable. Because the devs stripped the power we grind for over a year.

Been on reddit and the ubi forums. The waterworks regarding the tweak to difficulty is at critical mass. I wonder if they are going to appease the people who want to face roll content again. I'm waiting in the wings and watching. If they stick to there guns and the end game is something worth playing, I may take the dive.
The tweak? Even massive stated that anything above hard is "overtuned". I have been farming heroic to get loot to optimize my build and not only do I never get the loot I need to do so, it takes me ages because nothing I do can really stop an enemy from walking up and punching my down in one hit. Not everyone who plays this game is a diehard or hardcore player. Some people want to relax and have fun with pals not sweat their balls off and make spreadsheets on how their team should synergize. I also like how you guys seem to thing most of us want to "face roll" the content. Not at all. I just want a challenging mission that doesnt punish me for trying to beat it. Especially if (once again) I never get what I need to actually be able to make that conted feasibly challenging.
Burning Ember some aspects are slightly over tune. NOT the entirety. They are not giving the game away. And with legendary they are fixing things that are not behaving like it should. Differently is staying. Listen again.

Alright, well not only is scaling absolutely broken for coop, enemies have become extremely aggressive and faster than normal in many instances, loot is horrible for many of the players despite playing on heroic or challenging (you know, where the best loot is supposed to be?) The darkzone has a ttk of nearly six seconds MAYBE and has an insanely lopsided build diversity of crit builds AGAIN. just lu8ke the widdz build in the first few months. Not only have they overhauled literally everything in the game forcing us to refarm everything (many of us never getting the stuff we need) but they are forcing people to refarm their old exotics as well and reintroducing rng exotic stats again for weapons and armour you have no guarantee of getting. which means grinding EVEN MORE for a minuscule chance of getting what you actually want. On top of THAT. The striker gear set isnt working properly and can be exploited to get constant max stats by shooting allies and dead bodies. They aren't giving the game away they are charging way to much for a shitshow they already have to make multiple patches for and even then the manhunt reset bug has no ETA for its fix.
Burning Ember we’ll see. I I’m completing 4 man runs on challenging on “big bad”tombs with randoms. I heard so much about it. I was like this is it? Anyway,! they can tweak challenging if they want, so more people can have their ego stroked. But heroic and legendary is going to stay pretty much as is. People just need to step their build game up or play on their level.

Yeah same thing happened to me with my lvl 40 chatterbox. never crafted it but had all the parts. After doing the Ny campaign I crafted it at lvl 40.

My buddy came back to the game a month ago, this week he gets the final nem part and it crafts a lvl 40. Wtf massive.

I completed Lords on NY and I don't have one exotic blueprint! So how do I get them? Do I have to replay the LYN missions as a level 40?
They're all in DC but require different tasks, NY not required

You dont have to deconstruct the lvl 30 ones, when you still have the lvl 30 nemesis with you in your backpack or stash, the game thinks that you have the gun already, then you wont be able to farm the parts again. Just transfer all of the lvl 30 exotic to your alternative character, you will be able to farm the parts for the lvl 40.

I gotta get the parts for lvl 40 holster. I used the original up to lvl 37 it was awesome, swap to good sidearm with the buff up and it just nuked the armor on the heavies and bosses.

If you are in a group and someone gets an exotic it usually releases the blue print . I know I didn’t have the eagle bearer and someone in my group got it. I received the blueprint this was before the update I’m not sure if it still the same

I have the BulletKing and I'm running a LMG build. So I'll just wait until they make it so you can upgrade all the ones you already have. Which they will do at some point down the line. They're only holding off because they want you to focus on the the new Exotics right now. Besides some peoples game are bugged, whereas you cannot get the parts drop to actually make them from components. But if they fix it, then I already have 8 Exotic components ready to go.
Shinuki San I been looking on TH-cam and people are saying that they or their friends gotten it by running the Riker missions, more specifically The Tombs and Wall Street. Was there anything that you did specifically that got you the gun or was it just complete luck on running through these missions on Higher difficulty?
@@AvertBurden I got mine on Dragov Riker mission which is Wall Street on hard difficulty. I ran it once after the patch dropped to fix the BulletKing drop rates and got it first time. I got another one last night doing the same thing, which I gave to my friend. Do it on a lower difficulty so you can rinse and repeat and get many done without the stress of taking ages, we run through ours in 10 minutes each. No point doing it on really high difficulty just for a 2% drop increase, it's just a myth. Increase you chances by doing it multiple times in a much quicker fashion. That's how I've gotten all my Exotics.

The Invasion changes every week on Tuesday. You have to wait till tuesday so the Invasion Dungeons change that u can get another Nemesis part. So it takes approximately 4 weeks to recraft it.
Well today i decided to do invaded missions and i got to maning zoo that was 1st invaded stronghold this week and the part that shows loot an bosses it showed upon completion i will be getting the exotic crafting piece for nemesis, i think it was called the tally.
So im guessing nemesis quest has changed.

I farm for the liberty parts, and the boss didnt drop it wth?! Try it over n over again, still no drop. Im playing at capitol hill on challenging, n kendra nelson supposed to drop it. Confirm: Liberty Deagle dropped as a reward for completing a hard (lvl2) checkpoint open world (pistol was targeted loot in this area)
Puck dropped it for me and I crafted nemesis but it only dropped for me in heroic.

I went through Tidal Basin to collect the sniper and deconstructing it for my first part
I killed the boss in District Union on Invaded difficulty for my second part (which dropped on my first play through)
I just killed Puck not too long ago for the blueprint, so I just need Roosevelt Island and Capital Hill to be invaded so that I can get the other two parts....
(Mind you, this was all done this week and time while District Union is being invaded currently but only for about the next few hours. Also I got these all on my first try. I have no directives on but i do have my global difficulty set on Hard, if that makes a difference but this was my experience)
The difficulty doesn't really matter. They're all guaranteed drops from those bosses in invaded missions/strongholds once you deconstruct the Adrestia from Tidal Basin. But you can only get the Adrestia to drop once. Anyone who constructed the Nemesis before Warlords is stuck waiting for the 40 blueprint, because you can't get any Nemesis part to drop again.

One thing to note.. as developer mentioned.. crafted exotics wont be at their max power like before.. it will be RNG.. so you might need to keep crafting until you get decent dmg from your exotic.
Pratik: Duely Noted. Be prepared to Refarm you Exotic Parts Multiple Times, because TD2 RNG may Waist Them on Broken Gear Score RNG Models.
Joe Casarez tbh, i am not huge fan of new gear system. I have 20 exotic parts + few eagle bearers and pestilence in the stash but i am pretty much sure that i am going to run out of exotic parts because of inferior dmg exotics once i start crafting.

i got Nemesis blueprint before getting all the parts im missing part from Roosevelt Island yet and this week stronghold is Manning National Zoo. anyone know if possible to get part there or did they screw me over and i have to wait another week or whenever RI becomes available . and this was AFTER i hit 40 with expansion i had 2 parts before and got bp and 1 part from district union arena after expansion.

The Sr-1 sniper doesn’t drop for to get the scope for nemisis so I can’t get the gun again
It doesn't drop at all, you get the Tally scope component by grabbing the key in the first section by the bunk beds and then opening the door in the control room onboard the first hovercraft and grabbing the gun from the weapons crate in the locked room and then breaking down the adrestia marksman rifle to get the component. But it's never dropped anywhere on the game?
Tried that 3 times and it didn’t drop and I meant it didn’t drop for me in that weapons room

Shinuki San No, it’s not a bug, it’s by design. It’s always been that way - once you get the Adrestia drop from that chest, you can never get it again. The only way you can guarantee a level 40 Nemesis is if you either never got the Adrestia, or deconstructed it but didn’t craft the Nemesis until after Warlords/TU8. That’s the whole point of this comment.

You Can’t get parts if you have a level 30. You have to deconstruct it and start over. As long as you have a level,30 in your inventory or stash, you’ll never get the parts or weapon to drop. Same goes for chatterbox.
You don't need the blueprint for level 40 you already have it from the level 30

It makes no sense that massive thought it was smart to do this. Of course fan boys or simps as I call them will disagree with my point. But if you already have the exotic why not be able to use that to craft to 40? The reason is the content for the future isn’t as strong similar to destiny so making the game more of a grind fest is one of the reasons players left.
I agree. I made that video about the EB and some folks said it was fine... they are, on the other hand, bringing upgrades for Exotics we already have.
I think the fact that they are bringing the upgrades out at a later date is almost worse. Like no one wants to wait so we are just going to go farm them anyway; just to be able to upgrade them when it is too late. Either bring it out at the start, or don't.
Why go to all this effort to look back to take the exotic weapons to level 40 when one can also dismantle the level 30 to craft them to level 40, why always make it as difficult as easy as possible, still a while and we are more on the crafting table then on site... That's cool and all but it'd be nice to get the first piece of the nemesis again. I've ran tidal basin 5 times now, 2 since warlords and all I've gotten out of that box are purple weapons. Can't exactly get a fucking level 40 nemesis if I can't get the pieces. Rather annoyed by this.

If you max it out in the specialized menu then it caps at lvl 40. Fill the weapon slot up until it has one more available upgrade and you should have it at lvl 30.

I think its ridiculous to expect people to redo quests to get old exotics and introduce all new brand sets amd gear sets and named weapons. It's insulting. Who has the actual time? People need to realize how things like this can add to the deterioration of the game/community.

Been on reddit and the ubi forums. The waterworks regarding the tweak to difficulty is at critical mass. I wonder if they are going to appease the people who want to face roll content again. I'm waiting in the wings and watching. If they stick to there guns and the end game is something worth playing, I may take the dive.
The tweak? Even massive stated that anything above hard is "overtuned".
I have been farming heroic to get loot to optimize my build and not only do I never get the loot I need to do so, it takes me ages because nothing I do can really stop an enemy from walking up and punching my down in one hit. Not everyone who plays this game is a diehard or hardcore player. Some people want to relax and have fun with pals not sweat their balls off and make spreadsheets on how their team should synergize. I also like how you guys seem to thing most of us want to "face roll" the content. Not at all. I just want a challenging mission that doesnt punish me for trying to beat it. Especially if (once again) I never get what I need to actually be able to make that conted feasibly challenging.
Burning Ember some aspects are slightly over tune. NOT the entirety. They are not giving the game away. And with legendary they are fixing things that are not behaving like it should. Differently is staying. Listen again.

Alright, well not only is scaling absolutely broken for coop, enemies have become extremely aggressive and faster than normal in many instances, loot is horrible for many of the players despite playing on heroic or challenging (you know, where the best loot is supposed to be?) The darkzone has a ttk of nearly six seconds MAYBE and has an insanely lopsided build diversity of crit builds AGAIN. just lu8ke the widdz build in the first few months. Not only have they overhauled literally everything in the game forcing us to refarm everything (many of us never getting the stuff we need) but they are forcing people to refarm their old exotics as well and reintroducing rng exotic stats again for weapons and armour you have no guarantee of getting. which means grinding EVEN MORE for a minuscule chance of getting what you actually want. On top of THAT. The striker gear set isnt working properly and can be exploited to get constant max stats by shooting allies and dead bodies.
They aren't giving the game away they are charging way to much for a shitshow they already have to make multiple patches for and even then the manhunt reset bug has no ETA for its fix.

Anyway,! they can tweak challenging if they want, so more people can have their ego stroked. But heroic and legendary is going to stay pretty much as is. People just need to step their build game up or play on their level.

yes, you will need to refarm the components to craft the weapons again. however, you must break down any that are already crafted at the lower level
