For anyone who doesn’t know, while your in the recal library if you click “ Y “ (or triangle if your on ps4) then it switches the “levels” of gear so you can see your gear that is lower than lvl 31.
Man, I am so damn confused. I don't know if I am over thinking this or what. Its driving me nuts, I need to find something that breaks it down barney style.
I learned how f*cked up this system is...how much random grinding it needs...and how disgusting chaos menus are in this game And gave up on recalibration. The worst system that ever was there....awful awful job from Ubisoft....
Also it might help if these guys wouldn't run thru it so fast, ie, switching between screens without giving us time to see what part of the screen their talking about.

This a bit late, but I read forum that patch 8 fixed to where you could extract new one so able to replace lower attribute. I haven't tried it yet. Still trying make sure.

Extracting the talent or attribute destroys the item, and it stays in your library forever. I wouldn't bother crafting items for attributes, at least not with my crafting table. Just keep the stuff you loot that has a god roll and extract it, slowly fill your library.
Please be more cognizant of how often you say “in terms of” and “if you understand what I mean”. If this was a drinking game ... oh man. Bonus shots for you saying them both in the same sentence.
My second account is still getting Echoes as well. I wanted to use that account to play, then this one to edit, but I'm forced to be running all over the place.

GS does matter, because higher GS gear or weapons will have better stats and better max rolls as well. Example: A 450 gun with max roll of say 5% crit chance. If u take that same gun but 500 gs the max roll for crit chance will be like 8% or something like that, and also the base dmg and base stats of higher gs loot are better across the board.

I try to figure out with what they change the % percent of Elite Damage. I think now it's with headshot damage, but I'm not sure. And I used to have 365.000 armour, now I have 241.000. Maybe everything will change after I play the New York dlc
When you extract another higher percentage attribute it just replaces the lower one. Best to only extract a perfect roll off something that has 2 other crap rolls, or something you don't use (perfect crit chance on something with skill tier and health attribute).
Ok I'm confused. So if I extract something let's say had 5% out of the 10%. 5% is not maxed but if I find a gear that has the 5% and I recalibrate it with the 5% in my library, will that gear have the max of 10%?

Can you delete an attribute to save space for more rolls if you find a piece higher or is that 7% weapon damage stuck at 7% despite you having one to roll into library at 10.5%? Once you move a max roll, that item is forever gone? Is gear 30 max rolls able to be moved to gear score >31, i suspect not.
From what the devs said you can upgrade the library until it's maxed. Meaning if you have an attribute that is 5% on the library and you get a higher roll, day 8%, you can extract the higher roll to update the library. Was I clear? Hope it as helped

Read in a forum last night that patch 8 would fix bug so that your not stuck with low lvl attribute. It's really stupid to make one wait forever to be able to use system. What, be able to replace talents for many, many moons. Why the person said it's a big.

don't think you need credits or components, the extraction destroys the item in the process.

I have tier 3 skills and my chem launcher heal and mender mine are still terrible makes healing skills not worth it
I have a tier 6 skill build that had 101%dte and 110% explosive dmg now it can't even kill a red npc. They have ruined the game

It functions like gun mods, you can reuse them as many times as you like.
Once in the library you can use it as much as you want on as many items as you want

Its different. Level 1- 30 items have their max stat, which is different from Level 31 - 40 items.

Free to extract, not free to roll it onto another weapon/gear piece.

It would let you know in the library if you have an item not equipped that has a higher attribute than what you have got saved in the library.
And yes, it’s a permanent stat for your library.
