Great video! I probably won’t watch Netflix avatar because there’s too few hours in my life to watch stuff that feels this corporate, but it’s good to know the actors are killin it and I hope their careers go far.
Zuko certainly was shown as a prodigy in the original show. Even though he was just a child. While incognito he at multiple times held his own and overcome benders while not using bending himself.
Idk I’ve seen both and enjoyed both. To each their own.

Low-key issue I have was that they replaced the type of martial arts that represented Airbending. It used to be Baguazhang, but they had them just do Shaolin 5-Animal. Which is a really niche thing to complain about. Finding like 50 people who practice Baguazhang would have been impossible or too expensive. But I was annoyed that they took all the beautiful spirals out of Airbending and replaced it with an external style that is a sister art to the Northern Shaolin that Firebending is based on.

i think they purpusefully made it so that ozai hesitated in the agni hai to see what zuko would do and when he chose to be compasionate he used it as an excuse to teach him a lesson yk

Nobody cares about Haru. He was just a convenient early Earthbender. Didn't he only show up like twice?
