That guy you said looks like a Power Ranger? To me, he looks like an Ultraman, from the Japanese live action show franchise of the same name. Just not as huge as the actual Ultramans. There are multiple Utramans (Ultramen?), and each one has a show tied to them and each one has their own device of sorts to transform from human to Ultraman to fight giant monsters that he needs to confront, but all Ultramans have the same weakness: A time limit. If he's in combat for too long, the light on his chest will give him a warning that he's almost out of time, and if he's in combat for far too long, and cannot recharge in time afterwards, it basically equates to his own death. Speaking of Ultraman, the franchise Monster Rancher, a franchise that's far different than Ultraman, had a crossover game with Ultraman, where instead of the monsters that Monster Rancher fans are very familiar with, you are training up the enemy Kaiju from the Ultraman franchise, and Ultraman DOES appear in that game, to stop your Kaiju that goes out of control. Why the heck did I go on a huge monologue about Ultraman on a Persona video? I don't even watch that show anymore
