I rep 185 on bench. That's a plate + a 25lb weight on each side. It then transitioned to me INCLINE BENCHING 95 lbs (25 each side) because I superset incline with pushups and overhead press. GG.

He definitely doesn't. Most TH-camrs with 300,00+ subs don't work because they get payed enough already.
